Since matumal ang work by then, plano ko maghanap kaagad ng odd jobs like bartending, messenger, cleaner, etc. pero last resort ko na ang farming, pero oks pera dun! hehe
Hanggang ngaun tinatanong ko pa rin sarili ko kung tama nga ba magmove ako dun knowing I don't have a secured job waiting for me there yet. Ok naman kc ako dito sa TH. I am living a stress-free and comfortable life. Modesty aside, I am earning good money dito as expat. Super vibrant ng social/night life ko dito. Higit sa lahat, super love na love ko ang Thailand noon pa man. Lagi ako nagbabakasyon sa South kapag gusto ko ng beach parties or North kung gusto ko mag trek. Pero sometimes we still think na the grass is much greener on the other side of the fence. Sometimes we think we'd be happier in a different set of circumstances. Kaya eto taking some risks ulet...

Kung tinatamad ka naman, pwede bumili ng ulam intermittently, pero magluto pa rin ng kanin.
Ang kinaganda lang ng Oz, electronic lahat. So, habang ngluto ng kanin sa rice cooker, sabay na rin umaandar ang robomaid (taga-linis ng carpet) at ilunod mo na mga damit sa washing at drier. Habang nanonood tv. Also, mas ok kung mga damit tipong di mo na kailangan plantsahin. Never pa ako nag plantsa in 6 months!!
The best advice I got was: doesn't matter kung di mo matapos gawaing-bahay, importante gumala and check out the tourist sites !! Of course, priority mo for now ang maghanap work. But sa mga nakilala kong Pinoy naman dito, may work naman sila kahit papano eh.

Dadating talaga ang homesick. Pero yung Gold Coast to Sg ay $100+ lang, hehe! Kaya, madali lang umuwi talaga kung talagang sobrang homesick na. Pero I'm sure magiging busy ka pa nyan maghanap ng work, mag settle in sa place, mag-adjust sa job etc. Di mo ma-feel ang homesick nyan.
It's actually when you're settled and adjusted (or familiar with the place na) that you sort of start to miss home na.

May mga Thai food dito (which is my favourite by the way) - pero mapapaisip ka na bumili as it would cost around $10, much expensive than the prices we were used to.
And yeah, if I may suggest to you - if you have not done exploring South East Asia, do so while you are still based in BKK. Siem Reap is nice, Saigon/Hanoi and the middle part of Vietnam are all nice (with good food...) - if you want to rough it out, you can try Laos and yes if you want off the beaten path, merong Myanmar...
I miss Singapore, the food, the convenience of the place, the weekend trip but it was time to move on and start something a new... I am very sure you will feel the same way as well!

It is a personal choice mate... Nagsawa na rin cguro kami sa Singapore and it is too small!!
Food, proximity to beach, cost of living... This all adds up!
Nonetheless, I would probably say din cguro na mas maganda ang Singapore vs Bangkok had I been based in BKK...
