That could hurt your good character if it reflects on your Police Clearance from KSA but if nothing serious like crime etc, i guess you're okay.

How long you were in KSA? If more than a year you are required to get police clearance.

How are you going to get a detailed 'Certificate of Employment' if you left in bad terms. Even if you'll not include the experience in the assessment, may mga officers na hinihingi pa din ang proof that you were employed in that company. If you have other supporting documents like payslips, generic COE and others, maybe it can suffice.

@batman 8 years. my wife had complications with pregnancy which is the reason why i was not able to go back to saudi arabia, we manage to get coe referral leters, problem is wala ako police clearance, im currently on 457 visa as a nurse here in aus, worried lang sa permnent residency application baka macomplicate ng police clearance.

@juliatheambitiousoul kumpleto naman sa papers problema lang talaga police clearance na imposible ko na makuha uhhuhu... naka 457 visa na ko ngayun dito sa aus worried na lang sa permanent residency application kasi nga walang police clearance, sa 457 visa ginamit lang nung employer ko statutory declaration tinanggap naman haist

Hihingin at hihingin talaga ang police clearance kaya medyo ito ang magpapatagal ng processing ng application mo. My niece did not recieved her Kuwait PCC kahit na nagapply na through embassy ng kuwait sa Canberra..3x nagfollow up ang DHA at ang mabigay lang namin is the follow up emails and answer ng kuwait embassy na wala pa at di sila makapagbigay ng definite timeline. Hanggang humingi na lang ang DHA ng statutory dec at inapprove naman ang application. Sa tingin ko wala naman problema sa application mo pero medyo matatagalan lang siguro dahil nga sa PCC..pinkamaganda mo gawin is apply lang at yon iattach mo sa app mo or yong statutory dec na kinuha mo noon at gawa ka din ng new stat dec stating na nagstatdec ka din noon kasi nga impossible kumuha pag offshore ka.
