you can also do your initial calculation..and if confident na tama naman just make sure na complete ang supporting documents mo to support your claims. Even the migration agents are just making estimates based on the documents/info you presented to them. Ang medyo not certain lang sa estimates is your work experience. You need to have a positive skills assessment wherein nakadetail don ilang taon pwede mo e-claim sa number of years experience related on your nominated occupation. ACS usually deduct certain number of years sa work experience before they can confirm you as deemed skilled sa nominated occupation mo- and that is the official basis of Au immig on points claimed sa work experience.

@fgs thank you. So far sa assessment kasi he is 70 points. Sabi ni known agent A ok na daw yun may chance na. Pero si agent B kulang daw. We want sana to do the CSA assesment muna before going to agents but the thing is etong si agent A ang gusto we pay muna and they will help out daw how to do the CSA filling e pano kung mag deduct ng points ang CSA e di ibig sabihun goodbye na yun initial payment namin sa kanila.

What is CSA( ACS ba)? May positive skills assessment na ba sya from ACS? If you want to save, DIY...its so simple...you can do your skills assessment first without any agent's help or better DIY na nga all throughout..madali lang basta may time lang magbasa ng process.

Oops sorry! Yes its ACS. Di pa sya kumuha . Naisip ko nga baka dapat kumuha na lang muna sya ng ACS then if kailangan talaga mag agent ganun na lang. As of now nasa vevo pa yun 457 visa namin for the next 60 days daw. Sponsor lang kasi kami ni company. E natapos na project so umuwi na kami.

@warrior I think the confusion arises from the minimum points required for skilled migration and the actual points of those currently being invited. While the minimum points is 65, thereby agent A saying that 70 is enough but in reality there are many applicants having higher points as such those with the bare minimum are being pushed off the priority list.

@cucci thank you. That means maliit talaga ang chance ng 65 to 70 points lang.
