GTE but my family members are in Australia?

Hello! Gusto ko lang po itanong regarding sa case ko. Planning on applying for a student visa to study a trade course (for future Job Ready Program or 485 visa). Concern ko lang is when drafting my GTE is yung family ko will be migrating to QLD na by June 2019. Eh paano ko masasatisfy yung GTE ko kung wala na akong ties dito sa Pinas?
