share ko experience ko regarding police clearance. 1st step - endorsement letter from Phil. embassy. check nyo na lang sa website ang requirements. then dalhin yun sa MOFA. sa case namin, yung HR personnel na namin nag-offer nagdala sa MOFA. then police station. pag riyadh, sa may Dira police station dapat. pagdating sa police station, sabi sa amin no need na for prints and photo kasi may record na. then makukuha na sya after 1 day. other cases kasi after 3 days pa. pag-release, again, yung HR personnel na namin ang kumuha on our behalf. hindi naman required na company representative ang magprocess kasi yung ibang mga kasamahan ko before, sila lahat nag asikaso. good thing lang na nag offer yun HR namin para less hassle

plan ko dati ipa-translate pero di ko na nagawa. required ba sya?

tinapos ko talaga para wala ng stress... kung paano mo kinuha ang police report ganun din after balikan mo ulit insert translation at chamber of commerce after ng MOFA stamping, hehe

stressful pa kesa EA assessment ang Saudi PCC...

thankful na lang ako natapos ko na, it took me 5 days in al na vacation leave, three round trip plane flights at isang SAPTCO journey ( first tym to Jeddah) adventure to the max, haha

@MikeYanbu ang mahal ng ginastos mo pala sa PCC na yan. mahirap pag malayo sa city proper. tsaka na ako mag ayos nyan pag na invite na hehe

@batman tama kabayan, pag nagka inite ka process ka agad PCC, kasi masyado syang time consuming... at ang MOFA experience sa Jeddah ay hindi basta basta, once in a lifetime, d pala twice, kasi dalawang beses. hehe

Hi po, ask ko lang how to obtain saudi police clearance? since im ex saudi, ok lang po ba if yung certificate of no derogatory irequest ko? and would you know pano po process nito? thank you po

@cookie03 for ex saudi, if m exit stamp ang passport mo at exit visa copy, okay na yan plus yung certificate of good character from previous company, i think NOC will suffice for the last. pag meron ka na neto mag statutory declaration ka na wala ka na sa saudi kayat d kak ka makakuha ng police record.

believe me mas mabilis at madali eto kesa pahkuha ng police clearance,kasi ako na nadito sa saudi mismo nahirapan at gumastos ng malaki sa pabalik balik sa jeddah, lalo nat wala ka dito alaking abala sa mapapa kiusapan mo...

@MikeYanbu Thankyou so much sa reply.. yun nga eh, pahirapan talaga. nagemail ako sa consulate to request No Derogatory Record, no reply naman..

one more question, yung cert of good character same ba yun sa cert of good standing? kelangan ba galing sa saudi commission for health specialist (SCHS) or kahit sa employer lang manggaling?

@MikeYanbu thank you po! regarding sa stat dec, kelangan po ba may sign ng lawyer yun? sorry di ko alam pano gawin yung stat dec.. nakita ko yung form pero di ko alam pano.. i mean papagawa ko ba yun sa lawyer then notarized?? or print ko lang then sign?? sorry dami po question.. thank you po talaga..

@cookie03 based sa nabasa ko sa ibang thread, yung statutory declaration dito at yung character statutory declaration na nasa website ng dibp at need mo ipasign sa Australian embassy. Mabilis lang daw to. Ito din ang plan na gagawin namin kasi yung isang dependent ko hindi na makaprovide ng pcc ng Saudi. Ito din ang ginawa ng iba na na-approve. Balak namin isubmit ay exit stamp, certificate of employment from Saudi employer at character statutory declaration. Ito yung link sa baba.

@katniss2015 @batman @cookie03 correct me if I'm wrong po. Pero ang pagkakaalam ko, yung statutory declaration is for Australia lang. Ang equivalent document po neto satin is yung notary. So parang gagawa ka lang ng statement bakit di mo ma provide yung certain documents then print and sign, then ipapa notary mo sa consulate.

@ipolyyy may nabasa kasi ako sa ibang thread na ito yung ginawa nila dahil hindi nga sila makaprovide ng pcc ng Saudi at tinanggap ng CO at ito din ang balak naming gawin.

@ipolyyy tama ka. In Australia they call it statutory declaration. if I am not wrong equal to affidavit sya.

"Sorry guys di na ako naka-update kase medyo busy lately. Yup I didn't have any choice but to go to Australian Embassy in Abu Dhabi. The process was very easy. Before I went there I called them and booked an appointment. Then pagdating ko don I just sat in front of the officer and I signed in front of her the statutory declaration. It only took 5 minutes for the whole process. I hope this helps. "
