@Bjane We answered No and didn’t put anything since wala naman tayong National ID card sa Ph. However, if you don’t wanna leave it blank, you can use Birth Certificate number found in the NSO BC. You don’t have to put SSS and Pagibig numbers.

@Marites_47 Wala tayong National ID as per the posts above me. So I just ticked "no". Kahit yung "other identity documents", di din ako naglagay. Feel ko di naman major requirement yun. Baka kasi may typo or maling info yung mga IDs natin na di ko napansin maging hassle pa.

Good pm po! I'd like to ask for your advice please:

July 2017 - applied for France Tourist Visa but refused

September 2017 - applied for Australia Business Visa (for nurse brdiging program) which was granted. At that time, I didn't declare that I had a history of tourist visa refusal fr france (i was reaaly careless then, I was thinking it didn't matter that much since tourist visa lng naman, and i thought para less hassle n lng to explain. big mistake I know)

Currently - I'm applying Visa 189 and filling the form 80. I was reading this thread as well, and learned that I should put the correct info, including the question if application of visa to any country was refused before.

this time, I really want to be honest, and say yes and include the info about my visa refusal.
however, I am really scared kc bka ma-compare s previous visa application wherein I declared NO visa refusal in the past, thus will have a negative impact on my current visa 189 application due to inconsistencies

Which is the best action to take po? shall I say YES this time, or pangatawanan q n lng po ung answer n NO?

    Your insights are greatly appreciated.
    thanks po.

Hi. May tanong lang po sa Form 80 about dun sa "Do you have a partner?" question. It said it includes kahit boyfriend/girlfriend. I have a boyfriend in PH pero not migrating with me. Mas okay po ba na mag no na lang or better to just tell it. Baka maka-affect sa application. Thanks in advance sa sasagot! :D

    @pytb
kung feeling mo na kayo na tlaga, ideclare mo, else, wag. it might bite you in the future application kapag nag iba ka ng bf/defacto.

    question po.

    1. we traveled to AUS last year bale Oct 19-25 ang nakalagay sa airline ticket namin and sa visitor visa. pero sa form 80 we wrote that we were there Oct 20 kasi ang nakalagay arrival date kaso sa departure date naadjust rin namin at ang nailagay ay Oct 26.

    2. ung home address ko since bata ako it used to be like this B1 L11 Street QC, Manila, but naupdate siya lately naging 1 Street, QC, Manila. most my documents updated na with this address except sa driver’s license. kaso sa form 80 i only wrote yung new address, no mention of the old address since iisang location lang naman siya.

we already lodged our visa application, will these be an issue? may impact kaya sila?

    1. decided to make correction nalang via immiacount, bnase nalang namin sa flight details.

    2. not sure parin dito, if ever, meron naman ako billing documents from insurance and mobile plan showing the old address for the past 12 months if required. pero hindi ko pa nalog ung correction sa immiaccount, not sure kung pano iindicate or kung necessary pa eh

    and another concern pala:

    3. long story short, nagoverstay kami ng family ko ng US visa namin and June 2008 (ATA) kami umuwi ng Pilipinas, i just turned 18 nung March that same year. i declared this sa AUS visitor visa before saying minor pa ako non, and nagrant naman ako and nakavisit sa AUS. so sa Visa application ko ngaun, dneclare ko sya ulit the same way. similarly sa other 2 points, i’m wondering kung may impact pa kaya to sa decision although more than 10 years ago na sya?
    1. solved: made correction via immiacount

    1. Kelangan po ba tlaga ilagay lahat ng travel history from old and new passport,
Does it matter sa CO?
    6. My first company po ay nag change ng Business name, so yung nasa COE ko po ay previous name nila. Ano po ang illgay kong name sa form 80? old or new name? at saan kompompwede i-explain na nag chnage na sila ng Business name?

    Salamat po ng marami

    1. Past 10 years only.
    2. Yung last page Part T pwede mo isulat don. If still not enough, you can just photocopy the last page again and combine with the rest. Sometimes people attach an excel sheet (non-editable) of their travel history, instead of filling out Part T. Tinatanggap din.
    3. Nope kahit short description lang. Kahit mga 3-4 major tasks outlined sa assessment.
    4. Di ako nagpasa, and as far I know not required.
    5. Kung ano pinasa mo sa assessment, iattach mo.
    6. Ilagay mo na lang sa form 80 Company Current Name (Formerly Old Name)

    @BrizyFilo

Sorry I need to clarify on item 4.

Di ako nagpasa, kasi wala akong non-migrating family unit (meaning spouse and children). But if you do, please verify if it's needed. Parang kelangan yata.

@sicntyrd Thank you very much sa info. Appreciate this.
Wala din akong spouse and children. Hindi ba consider na non-migrating family unit ang parents and siblings?

@BrizyFilo sagot ako sa #4, dependent ako pero nagsubmit din ako ng form 80. :) I think, migrating family unit above 18yo ay kailangang magpasa.

Regarding sa #1, I believe (based on comparison), depends on you. Sa amin ng husband ko, we provided all our travel history sa old and new passport (not more than 10 years pa naman ang travel history namin), even yung mga day trips namin. Some friends did the same pero some no. I have a friend na, nilagay lang nila yung travels na magkasama silang mag-asawa which is less than half ng travel history nila. So I would suggest, whichever makes you feel comfortable. Kung lahat, o hindi, it's up to you.
