    Buti ka pa @dapogi, di kumplikado ang address. Sakin 5times ako lumipat ng bahay dito sa SG, dko maalala ung exact address ng iba for the last 7years. Tapos more than 50times ata kami nagtravel outside SG.
    Kung di mo ideclare ung ibang residence mo dito sa sg, like me renting and bed spacer lng magkaka issue ba or pwede ba ma trace ng CO?

    hi, question po. Dun sa question 1, family name and all given names, isasama po ba ang middle name sa all given names? Or yung first name lang talaga? Kasi ang nakalagay po ay "write your name as shown on your passport" so I assume na including the middle name?

    Kapag ang tanong sa form namin is Given Name and family name lang. Yun lang po ang ilalagay.

    Pero dun sa portion na "as shown in the document" - including the middle name. But not only that but how it was written into the Passport

    LastName GivenName MiddleName

    I heard from a friend in NZ that middle name is not that important to them (don't take my word for it though). So it could be the same with OZ?.. not sure :(

    @IslanderndCity pre, ako yata nagsabi ng 50 pages actually i wanted to say 50+ questions yun. pasensya na. Anyways, ang ginawa ko noong kami ay nagpasa ni misis eh nag-print kami ng tig-3 copies nung 18 pages na form 80 so in case magkamali may back up. Tapos handwritten kami, then nung na accomplish na saka ini-scan then inemail kay CO.

    @IslanderndCity, I suggest you complete your police clearance before ka pa magkaCO at cguradong hindi ka na hihingian ng form80. Dati kasi kaya madami ang hinihingian ng form80 kc hinihintay muna nila ang advice ng CO before magprocess ng police clearancd. Pero ngayon, pede ka na magrequest ng police clearance kahit walang letter from CO.

    Tingnan nyo kung i-rekta nyo kay CO yan maga-auto reply ng "delay email" kaagad yan. Ewan ko lang sa 189.

    Tingnan nyo kung i-rekta nyo kay CO yan maga-auto reply ng "delay email" kaagad yan. Ewan ko lang sa 189.
