Conversion Program for Nurses

Hi po, need po ng advice. I’m considering taking the conversion program pathway, ask po if need po ba ang AHPRA registration if conversion program po kunin?

May naka usap po kasi kami ng husband ko regarding conversion and sge mentioned na no need na po and AHPRA.

    AHPRA registration will be after you complete/finish the conversion program. So as long as the school accepts you as student, no need to get in touch with AHPRA yet.

    It would be useless because after conversion, you will be assessed as graduate of Australian school and not as IQNM (Internationally Qualified Nurses and Midwives). If I am not mistaken, only the passport, diploma and TOR from the Au University will be required.

    Just be sure that the conversion program leads to AHPRA registration... it would be wise to check with AHPRA if the school's conversion program is approved as leading toward registration as nurse.
