PTE Functional English for spouse

Hi guys, need help. My husband took the PTE Academic yesterday. Need nya ng functional english para sa application namin. Kaso yung nakuha nyang score sa speaking is 28 lang pero overall is 39. Pwede na po ba yung overall score or need na 30 each subtest? Help po sa mga nakaexperience na po ng same situation. Thanks in advance!

Kung Funtional English for spouse ang required for visa application. Baka pwede siya mag request from his school ng letter na english as a medium of instruction letter kung hindi naman kayo nag claim ng points.
