Yes po. Need po ng at least competent english and relevant skiills assessment. Pwede naman po kayo gumawa ng draft na ng EOI now then update niyo nalang po once ok na po yung dalawa.

How long has it been since they lodged it? EOIs are valid for 2 years. Kung it's been two years or more na, you need to relodge. And if you want to access yung existing EOI, you need to get the login details from your agent.

Meron na ako ITA for 190 NSW! Praise God!:) just want to ask about the application, kelangan ba every category meron ka i-upload ng supporting documents? Or pwede lang yung may asterisk? The important ones? Kasi meron dun phone bills and electricity bills but living under my parents pa ako so not under my name. Hehe

Also, about yung english test (PTE) ko, nag expire na nung dec 2022, but i understand valid sya up to 3 yrs, so does that mean i have to put a tick dun sa check box where they ask “Are there any expired documents” or no need?

Good day po again sa mga kaforums dito! We are family of 3 po. Me, my wife, and my son 3YO. We are about to lodge our application napo and we are stuck at paying on Immi account because our debit card only has certain limit na mas mataas sa payment requirement ng AU. Kinausap narin po namin ang bank and sinabi nila na hangang doon lang tlga ang limit. Any advise po kung anu ang way na ginamit ninyo na means of payment? When did you take the exam? If December 2020, hindi pa sya expired for purpsoses of Australian visa application. They accept up to 3 years validity at the time of invitation.

May I-clarify lang ako regarding sa police clearance sa visa lodgement. I'm a filipino based in HK (permanent resident) for the past 10 years or so. Dito na ako nakatira. Does that mean I still need to get a police clearance from the Philippines? Or yung police clearance dito sa HK ok lang?

Hello, when you say jan na kayo for the last ten years never kayo nagstay sa Pilipinas? If I am not mistaken my certain minimum months of stay para i-required ka na magattach ng Police clearance documents for a certain country ----" character history, evidence of ". Pag nafill up mo na lahat ng address na tinirhan mo for the last 10 years at nasa attach documents kana, doon mo makikita kung kailangan tlga.

Guys may question lang ako sana may makasagot. Invited kase ako ng NSW to lodge for 190. Tapos sa EOI ko nalagay ko yong 2 relevant experience na hindi na pasok sa last 10 years. I was assessed 2018 nirenew ko lang last year. Walang changes bali yong date of the outcome letter lang. Hindi naman ako nagclaim ng points dun yon clinaim ko lang yong from 2014-2018. Magkakaproblem po kaya ako pag mag lolodge ako ng visa 190? Sabi kc within the last 10 years tapos sinali ko pa rin yong nasa assessment ko na 2010-2012 pa. I still have an EOI for 189 and hoping ma invite din next round pero mas better po e delete ko na tong out sa 10 year time frame ? Should I continue to apply for 190? Sayang nmn yong nabayad ko sa NSW yon nga lang baka sabihin na not following instructions ako at sinali pa ang nasa assessment ko sa labas na sa 10 years.

Yong two outdated job experiences ko na more than 10 years ago nag YES ako sa question na "Is this employment related to the nominated occupation?" since na assessed sya as relevant sa EA pero di naman sya na count sa points ko sa job experience. Yong points ko is 5 points pa rin which is from relevant experience ko from 2014-2018. Three years is equivalent to 5 points. Yong sayo ba nag add pa rin ng points kahit more than 10 years na? Di ko na rin ma edit yong EOI ko kase naka freeze na sya kase invited na yong status. Di kaya ako magkaproblem nito? Bali sa visa application ko one job lang ilalagay ko for work experience kase sabi dun "Provide details of the applicant's employment history for the past 10 years" pero sa EOI ko andun yong two outdated jobs. Baka ma question ako sa inconsistency. Sana may maka enlighten saten kung okay paba to ituloy. Sa case ko naman walang bearing yong dalawa sa EOI since di naman naging 10 points yong work experience ko. 5 lang for 3 years yong pasok na relevant job.

Now I'm thinking if worth it pa ba na take kami ni husband ng PTE both to increase our points and apply ng 189/190 and try to see if mainvite pa kami dito before we lodge visa ng 491.
Or should we just wait na lang sa result ng 491 and move on with this visa? If kayo ba?

If I were in the situation, I would proceed with getting approved for the 491 sponsorship. Once ITA is received, there's 60 days naman to file it so there's time to take the test and see if you can get higher points and submit additional EOI for 189/190. If hindi dumating yung invitation for 189/190 within the 60 days, I would proceed with applying for the 491 since yan na yung available.

Hello, ok naman po mag wait basta willing po maghintay at valid pa ang 491. February - March may or may not massive invites have before FY ends in May.. no one knows. But hoping the best for all. :-)
