I think isa po sa mga dahilan kung bakit Developer Programmer and Software Engineer po usually pinapa-assess ay STSOL po yung Web Developer based po sa https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list
and yung dalawa po ay MLTSSL.
Di po pwede manominate for visa SC 189 if Web Developer po ang nominated occupation.

One tip na nakita ko, is make sure na yung EOI niyo for NSW 190 is for NSW 190 lang. May nababasa ako sa mga FB groups na nainvite nung narealize nila na may ganung issue rin pala sa EOI nila.

Need some advice..
I created EOI for NSW 190 and 491 last Feb 5, 2023.

I submitted a 491 Stream 2 Nomination Application directly to Hunter NSW last Feb 10, 2023.
I haven't received an ITA for this yet.

I received 190 Pre-Invite Feb 15, 2023.

Is it true that you can only have one nomination for NSW?
Should I send an email to withdraw my 491 Nomination Application first before I submit a 190 Nomination Application?

SA only offers 491 for offshore. WA doesn’t require a contract for 491, so that’s the only viable option for offshore.

Ang alam ko dapat ang occupation sa EOI mo ay match sa occupation na may positive skills assessment, kasi yung assessment ang evidence mo. I could be wrong though.

Actually, ito talaga gusto ko maverify. Kung tatanggapin yung assessment for a closely related occupation (last digit lang yung difference) for work experience on a different nominated occupation sa EOI. Salamat!

Why change occupations? Dahil ba mali yung ICT Sec Specialist and yung tama is Database Admin, or just because? If just because, keep as-is na lang kasi wala namang bearing ang nominated occupation mo sa magiging work mo doon. But if iibahin mo dahil mali, I think you'd need to lodge a new EOI with the correct occupation.

Nagsubmit kasi ako ng multiple EOIs for ICT sec specialist and database admin, pero yung ICT skills assessment ko is for database admin talaga.

Kasi may occupations na ganitong points ang iniinvite nila.
Example Code 1 is 90 pts and above, Code 2 ay 75 pts lang. Kung iba ang inattach mo na assessment, pero nainvite ka. Do not proceed na maglodge kasi sayang lang.

I think it's the other way around, that if your experience/occupation is closely related to ICT Sec Specialist, dapat ICT Sec Specialist yung pina assess mo. general rule of thumb is consistent yung application mo sa documents mo.

I could be wrong, not an agent, but I haven't seen anyone na iba yung occupation sa EOI compare sa assessment.

Actually, ito talaga gusto ko maverify. Kung tatanggapin yung assessment for a closely related occupation (last digit lang yung difference) for work experience on a different nominated occupation sa EOI. Salamat!
