For 190, most States (if not all) required nila na yung State nila ang piliin mo sa EOI. Kaya most people gumagawa ng separate EOIs each State.

If NSW invites you, you will need to show proof of address. Kung nasa Queensland ka, I'm not sure that NSW will proceed with the nomination. But either way, if a state invites you, you have a moral obligation to reside/work in that state for at least 2 years.

Try mo mag-email para aware ang CO. Kasi if ihabol mo lang without notifying them, baka i-assume na 'di mo ifu-fulfil ang requirement.

Sa immi accnt po meron dun pde mag attach ng other documents kung tama po, dun na din po ba ako mag attach ng letter stating the update on the COC?

1. During the lodging there's a question about travel, I didn't put anything under my husband's kasi im worried na baka mali yung malagay ko na dates and baka maquestion pa kasi meron dapat ilagay na start and end date, kasi for seaman lay over lang sila. Is it correct po ba na i leave ko nalang yun? Coz i tot pde xa iedit or mag add lang even after isubmit ang application, or do u suggest na make another letter then indicate all the travels in the past 10yrs? Parang habol nlang?

2. Nangyari po sa last contract ng husband ko na extend po ng 14mons, and isa po xa na CO asking for police clearance. Im planning to write a letter na only NBI clearance lang ma provide namin worldwide naman yung travel and didn't stay in once country for 12mons. Tama po ba ang action na gagawin ko?

3. They also asked for statement of character at work, we emailed the office and unfortunately they cant provide coz its confidential daw. Is it ok to write and include it in the letter na we cant provide? And iaattach ko na din po yung email letter from the agency as proof that they cant provide. Kasi pag sa pinas sa company ng husband ko naman everything goes to agency muna not crew direct to the company.

4. Any advices po na need ko iattach under sa details ng husband ko? As proof to avoid questions and to satisfy the case officer kung meron po nka experience pa share nman po.

Salamat po sa sasagot just need a peace of mind.. hirap mag DIY but praying that everything will be smooth.

pang 189 ang anywhere.. ung 190 ang mag stay ka for 2 years duon sa state na ng nominate sayo. follow mo na lang condition nila.

Has anyone tried relocating to a different regional area with a 491 VISA? Okay lang ba yun? I was checking job opportunities in RDA that nominated me and sobrang walang trabaho that would fall under my nominated occupation. So balak ko mag relocate sana sa ibang regional area pero same state pa rin (NSW).

Ung exact dates na considered "skilled" by the assessor na nakalagay sa Vetassess outcome letter lang ung i declare sa EOI.

ung experience lang na binilang ni vetasses. bka ma refuse visa mo nyan.

Got my nomination approval the day after submitting my application, 6 AM Philippine time. Sakto yun sa araw na ni-resume ng NSW ang state nomination nila after nung Christmas break. Case to case basis yan and also depends talaga sa workload siguro, so I'd say don't stress too much about that. I'm sure iba-ibang oras yan, walang general. 'Di mo talaga mako-control or predict

Good day po, may query lang po ako regarding residential address. 2 po kasi residential address ko A and B. Address B ung residence ko na malapit sa work ko. Address A ung naka input sa ID's ko and police clearance na kinuha ko while address B pala ung nainput ko dun sa NBI clearance ko. Should I get a new NBI Clearance na address A ung naka input para same nalang silang lahat? Another question po is after lodging po ba pwede pa mag attach ng additional documents? Para lang po sana if ever tumakbo na ung application while waiting for other documents. Thank you po sa sasagot

Hi, while submitting my EOI, nanotice ko po na ung current employer ko, where I am still presently working, ininclude po ni vetasses pero instead of mentioning present, nilagyan nya ung date of employment ended kung kelan nakadate yung certificate of employment ko and dun sa question na, is the applicant currently employed in this position, minark po ni vetasses na "no" kahit po I am still working here.

Now, nung nag fill out po ako ng EOI, inadd ko po ung present company ko then instead na maglagay ako ng date ended to that employment, I make it blank to indicate I am still presently working here. WIll there be any problem po?

Question: may nabasa po ako dito n gumawa sya ng EOI ng isa2 bawat state. Hindi kaya magalit sila kasi pwede mo nmn piliin ung mga gusto mong state e bkit nag isa2 pa. Baka lang kasi mgalit🤣

The reason why hinihiwalay usually is to be able to get multiple invites, for example if first choice mo NSW pero gusto mo pa rin possibly ma-invite sa VIC for security. Habang ang ibang states naman, requirement nila na sa EOI sila lang ang naka-select (for example Victoria, if I recall correctly). If you select multiple states sa EOI, pwede rin naman pero makikita nila na included ang ibang states at once ma-invite yang EOI mo,

Wala namang kaso yan kaya hindi magagalit! Hahaha
