Subsequent Entrant Visa 491

Hello everyone,

Just want to ask sir and ma'am, if pwede ko po ba iapply yung kapatid ko sa Subsequent Entrant Visa?

Holder po ako ng 491 visa granted lang po this year. Salamat po sa sasagot.

If your sibling is classified as your dependent then YES. You can only apply SE for your qualified dependents (spouse, children, etc.). I applied SE 489 visa for my nephew ( i sent him to college, lives in my house, i provided all cost of living etc.). You must prove that he/she is your dependent fir at least 1 year prior to application.

School tuition receipts, proof of address, regular remittance receipts etc

Hello guys. Nakareceive na ako ng invite for 491 visa

Pagnaglodge na ba ako ng 491. Pwede ko na ba icancel student visa ko na currently bridging visa palang? thank you po sa sasagot.
