Hello po..ask ko lang po kc mag apply po kme ng Partners visa offshore kc andito pa po ako sa pinas, ang sabi ng husband ko need ko daw po kumuha ng Brunei PCC kc nagstay dw po ako doon ng 2yrs..character reference dw po kc un pag nag apply na ng Partners visa..ngayon ang sabi po ng embassy ng brunei dto po sa pinas need ko din dw po magsubmit ng official request letter from higher commission/embassy proof dw po na i need the certificate for acquiring appropriate entry visa. E gusto ko po sna na dala ko na un papuntang AU at dun na po kme mag process ng Parners visa ko. Ano po kaya magandang gawin? Sana po may makasagot sakin..

Partner visa will take almost 2 years to be approved..you can now get you PCC but the CO might ask for an updated/unexpired one when your file will be reviewd...my nephews wife cannot get a PCC from Kuwait despite follow ups etc until her visa was approved without the PCC. But we need to create a declaration that she did not commit any wrongdoing while in Kuwait.

Medyo confusing lang po sa una ng statement nyo sabi nyo mag apply kayo ng partner visa offshore then at the end you said na "dala ko na un papuntang AU at dun na po kme mag process ng Parners visa ko." so that means onshore application? which is which?

woww congrats po sa kanya.. sabi naman po ng Embassy of Brunei try ko na lang din daw kumuha ngaun bka iconsider due sa situation naten ngayon kahit wala po Request letter frm the higher commission sa australia.. well, sna makakuha.. thank you po sa pagreply😊

Ang immigration po ba ng Australia ang magbibigay ng Request letter na mabigyan ako ng Brunei PCC?
