hanga talaga ako sa patience mo, @ga2au. praying dumating na yan.kung maglodge ka ng employer sponsored visa (482 for example) at nagrant, ang alam ko maooverride ni 190 ung previously issued visa. so pwede rin gawin un, at least onshore na kayo nun.pwede nyo update details sa immi agad once andun na kayo.

un lang.dapat abang ka kasi naooverride ng newly grant na visa ang previously granted. sir po ako hehe.kapag granted na ung 190 withdraw lang ung 482.mabilis naman 482 so kapag granted na un wala problema habang antay ng 190 grant

Na-lodge po application ko with wife as dependent May 3.
Nag medical kami May 10, pero nasubmit ng clinic sa HA May 13.

Sabi rin ng immigration lawyer namin, "we just have to wait until the Department processes your application."
Inaccept ko na kasi ung job offer ng employeer... nakakainip, hindi kaya sila mainip tapos bigla nila igive up ung pag hire sakin, minsan ganon na ung naiisip ko... haha... Pero hindi naman siguro sila mag eeffort maghire ng law firm and magbayad lahat kung mag give up sila... hope ma-grant na sating lahat... buhos haha

Hello! Anyone here with 491visa (skilled work regional - state nominated) na nagmove to Aus na? Question ko lang po ano po need ayusin sa pag alis once granted na ang visa like may papers pa po ba na need ayusin sa POEA or any department sa government natin?

wala need ayusin sa POEA or any gov dept. just print your visa grant para mapakita mo sa immigration satin.

Paanong invite? Dumaan kami sa hiring process, buong March. Formal offer nung April 20. Then visa lodgement May 3.... sabi nung law firm, normally nakakareceive daw sila ng update from HA mga 4-6 weeks daw, kapag hindi, nagffollow-up sila.

hindi ko po nakita na may sumagot po dito, ito rin po ung question namin.
Nung nagmedical kasi kami, parang need naman daw ng ganito just in case hingin sa AU pagdating.
Pero, hindi sila nag vvaccine, kaya sariling schedule dapat mag pa MMR, tapos hingi raw kami certificate na na-vaccine kami ng MMR. So ayun po, just to be sure, magpapavaccine na lang din kami... salamat hehe
