If they ask for it, give it to them. If you don't then tell them why you can't provide it.

If they don't ask for it, then don't.

Good day po! I checked our immi account today. After clicking I confirmed I have provided information as requested, 190 application status changes to Further Assessment. Now, nakita ko na may naka-required document to upload naman na wala dun dati.
