Based on my experience po, nag la-lock ang pdf pag nag insert na po ng e-signarute. So make sure po na complete na po ang pag fill up nyo bago po kayo maglagay ng signature. Just save nyo lang po muna ang file nyo. Then lagi po akong may back-up file para kung mag lock or mag error, may reserve po ako.

I advice you not to click that untill all the documents required are available. It will prompt you na once you clicked it, you are agreeing that the officer can make a decision based ont the available documents at present. Kung mabait CO baka I contact ka, but kung hindi baka mareject ka.

Hello po ka forum. Sa mga health care worker (HCW) po nag pa medical sa St. Lukes BGC or Ermita. May idea po ba kayo kung magkano ang IGRA,HIV,HBsag at Anti-HCV? Hindi kasi ito kasama sa package na 8450. Additional tests po ito para sa HCW and hindi ko po kasi alam kung maisasabay po ba ito sa medical examination appointment day or maiiba ba ang date of examination ng additional tests. Salamat po.
