Architect and company secretary visa 189 190

Hi, hihingi sana ako advice husband ko po is registered architect here in ph almost 1year and 6mos work experience pa lang sya kasi nag board exam sya and then Ako naman 4years work experience from different field.
1st year was restaurant staff and then 2years as HR-payroll and then last was 1 year as Company secretary. sino po samin ang pwedeng maging applicant? for visa 189 or 190? thank you so much

I think there is a considerable challenge for PH architects to have their architecture bachelor's degree recognized in AU even coming from top schools. It's generally not advised to take the architect nomination route unless your hubby has a master's in arch he may have a chance. There's a thread here that discussed this a bit, search for "architect applying as architectural drafstperson". This is the usual path of most PH architects migrating to AU.

yes po option nya po is draftperson since pasok naman po sa work experience na po. mas malaki po ba chance nya sya ang maging applicant or ako nalang po? since nakita ko din po sa csol/sol yung company secretary.

Your husband can opt to nominate "architectural draftsperson" instead of Architect. About his experience, he needs to at least have 3 assessed years para magkapoints, plus ifactor mo pa ung year na idededuct ng Vetassess. If he only has 1 year and 6 months of experience. baka maging less than a year ung maaaprove ng Vetassess sa kanya. sayang, wala ring points yung assessment. Unless ikaw ang mag main applicant so he just need assessment and english para makadagdag points. However, your work experience is not consistent. alin sa mga naging work mo ang papaasess mo na open sa mga states and all of them are less than 3 years.

I suggest your husband should gain more years of experience to the same company, para di siya mahirapan kumuha ng mga CoE pag dating ng panahon na papaasess na siya. hopefully by that time open parin ang Architectural draftsperson.

Hmm Ill share base on my experience ha. but there are so many documents aside from ITR na pwedeng maging proof of employment mo. Documents list can be found at VEtasses website.

For my experience, I submitted:
1. Certificate of employment.
2. first 3 months and last 3 months payslips of my employment in each company.
3. Tax Notice for the last 5 years. ( FYI, im working here in SG kaya yung Taxt namin makukuha lang by internet.)
4. transcript of records
5. architecture license certificate
6. diploma
7. resume
8. passport scan
9. passport photo
10. birth and marriage certificate

Yan lang sinubmit ko.

Btw, Im working 6 years to a certain company, but Vetassess only accepted 3 years from this employment. I dunno, maybe dahil architect yung course ko pero illustrator yung pinaasess ko. kaya siguro malaki yung binawas.

It should be assessment for general occu[ation. if im correct, the support is just for consultation or documents checking. its not assessment itself.

Just to note. You have to take note of what ga2au is saying about experience assessment. It seems you're totally ignoring it and ready to jump with the procedure. lol. Do not underestimate Vetassess skills assessment unless you want to waste money.
