The location has a quick access to the Western Freeway, 30-minute drive to CBD, 15-min away from Sunshine station and few minutes walk to the bus stop. If you do not drive and you are working in CBD during the usual office hours, the owner is happy to take you to the train station as his workplace is in CBD as well. There are several establishments within the area - park, primary school, gyms, Coles, restaurants, Chemist, McDonald's, etc.

We prefer female tenant.
