Hi😃 mag tatanong lang po, nandito po ako sa pinas at ask ng asawa ko na ipa scan ko at send sa email nya ang marriage certificate namin from PSA and other documents. Pwede po ba un na scan nalang? Kasi doon mag submit sa AU ng application thru migration agent if kaya sa budget.

Colour scan will do. You can do the application anywhere kasi online naman but he will tick on the application that you are offshore.

You can try applying but i doubt mahirap ang grant at exemption is also hard to get..marami nag aapply ng exemptions mutiple times at nadedeny pa considering na mas solid ang reasons. Yong TV ng sister ko di pa din inaapproved since March. Punta sana sila dito for the birth of their 1st grandchild. Matagal ang approval ng spouse visa. It usually takes more than a year. What you can do (permitting na makakuha ka ng TV after Covid) come here and apply onshore..kahit matagal ang wait, at least nandito ka na and you can work and enrol in Medicare. Goodluck
