    they would not put the IED and the Visa Expiration Date for nothing..
    please check my previous posts..

    I did not mention the Expiry date of VISA because it is self explanatory .... I was referring to the period from time the initial entry is made and the expiry date .. I would assume people would not apply for a visa then enter after the expiry

    thanks @lock_code2004 , isang hirit na lang na tanong medyo off topic, wala kasi kame kilala talaga sa australia kaya kung mag initial entry kame saglit lang din. san ba pinakamalapit na state/city from manila? I assume yun yung medyo mura pamasahe. then ok lang ba na di muna kumuha ng TFN, apply ng bank acct, centrelink etc. as in entry lang talga parang vacation?

    may direct PAL flights now..

    pero kung mag IED kana rin lang, bakit di pa mamasyal,
    maraming murang flights to sydney/melb/perth (Air asia via KL, Tiger via SG)

    yes, okay lang nmn na hindi pa gawin ung mga TFN, medicare, banks.. etc.

    thanks @lock_code2004 ,honga naisip ko nga din sayang naman ang travel, at inisip ko din syempre budget.nakikita ko sa perth mas mura ang airfares. try ko tiger via sg if ever mag lay over dun ng ilang days dun kasi nkabased sister ko madalaw na din.

    oo alam ko ang expiration date ang ibig kong sabihin ganito inde naman siguro sasayangin ng tao yung inapply nyang VISA at sigurado ako inde sya mag sstay sa labas ng australia hanggang mag expire ang visa nya so out of the debate na yung expiration date oo gets ko yung RRV ..... so it mean e babalik at babalik sya before mag expire and visa nya ....


    nabasa ko din na ang RRV is applicable only if bumalik sila after the expiration date ...

    ang effect lang naman e yung matatagalan ka mag apply ng citizenship which i think is not a very big deal since PR sya he still enjoys the all the benefits that a citizen got ... pwera lang ang bumoto

    oo naman.. pwedeng pwede..
    yung IED is for the first entry only, kailangang dumating ka sa AU by that date..

    kaya lang naman umaalis muna ng AU ang iba, dahil may mga current commitment pa sa work or nagiipon pa ng baon para sa permanent move..

    but yes, kung ready kana, ayos na ayos yan..

    hi, just would like to ask if it is possible if we (primary and secondary) will enter aus before the ied then the secondary will go back to ph after a month while primary will stay in au to look for a job and place to stay. secondary will re-enter aus after 6 months? is there any rule for the duration of stay upon 1st entry date?

    mga peeps, ask ko lang...
    1.) di po ba ang citizeship is after 4 years?...accumulated po ba to?..meaning, kung labas masok ka ng australia, basta ma-satisfy mo ang 4 years or 48 months (12months x 4) or 1,460 days (365 days x 4 years) bago mag-apply ng citizenship?...sino po responsible sa pagcompute ng days mo to apply for citizenship, sarili po ba natin?

    2.) eto pa po, yung statement na "Must Not Arrive After" 05 June 2018, yun po ba ang date of expiration ng Visa?...dapat po ba maka-apply ng citizenship bago mag-end ang date na to? plus dapat satisfied ang 4years (accumulated?) stay mo sa Au (plus other factors)??

    3.) Kapag po ba pumasok ako ng Au ng March 2014, I must complete the 4-year, physically present, nang nasa Au bago mag-expire visa ko ng June 2018 to be a citizen?...so, kung hindi ako lalabas ng Au, pwede na ako maging citizen by March 2018...eh paano po kung pagdating ng June 5, 2018 (expiration of visa) ay mga 3years and 11 months (or kulang due to labas masok sa Au) lang na-accumulate ko na physically present ako sa au, tapos mageexpire na visa ko, do i need to apply for the RRV? so bale, hindi ako pwedeng mag-appy for citizenship kung ganun??

    pasensya, medyo nalilito po kse ako sa computation ng days from the day na i need to arrive to Au, to gain citizenship before visa expiration, to do away with the RRV, and stuff like that...

    1. yes total number of months in australia.. kahit lumabas ka, i add lahat ng stay mo sa AU.

    2. tehcnically dapat maka-apply ka ng citizenship before the visa expiration date.. or kung hindi mo pa ma-satisfy ang residency requirement (4 yrs), pwede ka pa rin nmn mag stay sa AU, beyond the "must no arrive after" date... yun nga lang pag lumabas ka ng AU, kailangan mo ng RRV to re-enter AU..

    Question about IED. If visa granted is state sponsored, is it required to visit the state sponsoring the applicant or will it be ok to visit any state of Australia just to have the passport stamped that travel to Australia was completed.
