Architect with construction experience nominating Construction Project Manager

Hello! Meron po ba dito na nag pa assess na architect using Construction project management? Am planning on nominating this, kase hindi naman tayo makakapasa sa AACA assessment. Any tips po?

Hi po, try to check on ANZSCO group 3121 occupations. Some of there are more inclined to construction. You may also try Construction Project Manager however, as I've heard mahirap daw po makakuha ng positive skills assessment on this. I'm an architect too, but chose project administrator as my nominated occupation. Hindi po siya under ng 3121 occupations, since I'm worried I may not receive a positive skills assessment on those jobs unlike dito sa Pilipinas; thinking their codes are probably different from us. I chose project administrator instead, since same po job description niya with project coordinator, no Au registration or license required, and job is under project management, which is my current work experience. I'm still waiting for my assessment results though. Hope this helps po. You may ask a MARA agent din po para sure po kayo.

Hi. May I know po how to start with the application process? My friend is a licensed architect in the Phils and currently working in Qatar as a design coordinator for building projects. Medyo overwhelmed lang po kasi kami di namin alam paano at saan mag start. Thank you.
