It's understandable to feel that way. Di lang ikaw nakakaranas nyan. Kelangan lang nating matutunan kung pano tayo magrerespond sa ganyang pakiramdam. Titigil ka ba kapag nakaramdam ka ng ganyan o magpapatuloy. If you choose to stop, you will feel better right away. If you choose to continue, you will feel bad now but it will pay off eventually. Walang success na mataas na madali. Accept na you will encounter frustrations along the way

As I've researched po kasi after 3 years, provided that all requirements such as minimum income are met, saka pa lang po pwede mag-apply ng PR visa 191.

Given this po, hindi po ba mahirap makakuha ng work pag hindi po PR and hindi po ba mahirap rin later on mag-apply ng PR Visa lalo na po kung mageexpire na yung 491 visa, but PR visa is still not granted?

@mikelle I came to Adelaide on a state sponsored 489 visa. This is a discontinued visa that is similar to 491 but the requirement was only to work here full time for 2 years & with no minimum income. Employers will usually ask about your working rights & you just have to explain that your visa allows you to work full-time.

Once you apply for a PR visa you will be granted a bridging visa that allows you to live and work here after your original visa expires and while waiting for a decision on your PR visa application.

I see, that's what bridging visas are for. 491 po kasi ngayon can lead to 191 PR visa however, it requires 3 years taxable income na dapat at least within their minimum. Habang tumatagal mas nagiging stringent yung requirements for the visas.

I see, that's what bridging visas are for. 491 po kasi ngayon can lead to 191 PR visa however, it requires 3 years taxable income na dapat at least within their minimum. Habang tumatagal mas nagiging stringent yung requirements for the visas.

Yung 489 din naman is a provisional visa that leads to an 887 PR visa once you meet the requirements. When being interviewed for a job, just stress that you have full working rights. If the employer is interested, they will ask to see your visa conditions from VEVO.

491 is not a temporary visa. It’s a provisional visa which leads to a permanent visa. You will have living and works right. Not all temporary visa has work rights. That’s one of the differences.

I always tell clients to be open to any of the 3 visa subclasses - 189 is the hardest to get these days, 190 is usually more for onshore applicants, 491 may only be a provisional visa but most often than not it’s the more realistic pathway for offshore applicants. This is good enough as it will lead to a permanent visa. One can wish in as much as they could to apply for a 189 visa but if it may never ever come your way….you would rather have a 491 in the end. In this current climate, there is no room for preference, it’s more whatever works to get there.

That’s not entirely true. Employers will always prefer applicants with long term work rights. And 491 is as good as. Unless a professional tells you about theses things hearsays will remain hearsays

Yes sir. Pero nagrequest pa din ng CV nung naglodge ako ng ROI sa SA. Ilang days na sir pero di pa “not invited”. Apply lang ng apply.
