Hi, I don't know much about community services or social work, especially what kind of occupation that will lead to. Maybe some kind of welfare officer or community services case manager? You will have to do your due diligence and research about your potential occupations para hindi masayang ang pera at oras mo sa pag-aaral. As for graduate visa 485, there are 2 streams; for a vocational course (qualification lower than a bachelor degree), you will likely qualify under Graduate Work stream. To get this visa, you need to nominate an occupation on the MLTSSL + have a qualification related to that occupation + get a positive skills assessment for that occupation. The validity of this visa is usually 18 months lang (even with 2-year study), but they temporarily increased it to 24 months. There's no news yet if this increased validity is permanent or if they will revert back to 18 months.
See the details here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/temporary-graduate-485/graduate-work#Eligibility
If you are not keen on doing it DIY, maybe contact a migration agent because PR ang end goal mo.

If you're aiming for PR pathway po, skills and experience are big factors to get PR. Tama si @athelene for VET, check if your course is eligible for graduate work stream (visa 485). And may iba course na no need na for assessment to get visa 485. May iba kaseng assessing authority di tumatanggap ng VET only higher education to assess and you have experience sa nominated occupation niyo.

For PR pathway, mostly agents will suggest bachelors or masters as it will add points. Age and experience sa Pinas also matter.

There are several occupations in the skilled occupation list that are related to community services. Confirm if your course will lead to a job in any of these occupations. I suggest that you also check exactly what skilled immigrant visas these occupations are eligible for & then check what the requirements are for a positive skills assessment. For a lot of occupations, completing a degree alone is usually not enough to get a positive skills assessment. You will also need work experience gained after completion of the degree. You can check here for community work assessment https://www.acwa.org.au/migrants/skills-assessment-criteria/
I suggest that you also check if Western Australia sponsors this occupation in case you need to apply for a state sponsored visa. Some states don't sponsor applicants who live interstate, so I think this should also be a consideration.
