Study online in a different state and still satisfy australian study requirement

Does anyone know if i can study online while i’m staying in a different state and still satisfy australian study requirement for additional skilled migration points? The reason I asked is because the state where my school is located still has its borders closed.

Aug (2nd week) 2019 - ACS skills assessment appeal result (same 4 yrs deduction)
Aug (4th week) 2019 - PTE-A Exam (L: 85, R:84, W:89, S:90) - Superior
Aug (4th week) 2019 - EOI Lodged - 189 and 190 (all states) - 70/75
Sep (3rd week) 2019 - ACS skills assessment (new) - additional experience for assessment
Oct (4th week) 2019 - ACS skills assessment result - positive!
