    question po, may nirequest din ba sa inyong employment contract and taxation documents? i was wondering kasi nagsumbit na kami ng CoE and payslips and yet humihingi pa sila ng contract and taxt docs which is wala naman kami sa dubai kasi tax free kami dito.

    @shrek43 @echo ganun din hinihingi samin, kaso lang wala naman kasi kami tax document dito sa dubai. di kami nagbabayad ng tax dito. and yung contract ko naman di ko pwede isubmit kasi magkaiba ung nasa contract ko at yung nominated occupation ko. i was thinking if pwede ba isubmit yung banck statements instead, kasi dun pumapasok regularly yung sweldo namin. may nakatry na kaya magsubmit ng bank statements?

    ^ submit whatever document you have that you think can satisfy the CO.. let us know here kung ano yung hiningi at ano yung pinasa mo at kung naging naging verdict ni CO, just tell CO na you don't have such tax docs etc since your in a tax-free country...

    @jvframos hi bale ung payslip and taxation documents na hiningi sa akin ay for my companies from philippines only...bale proof sya of work employment...kaya SSS sinubmit ko kasi meron dun employment history...

    Ung sa indonesia ko ay work visa lang hiningi...

    Ung hiningi ba sau ay tax document from dubai?sa akin kasi ay nka indicate na tax documents from philippines..

    @shrek43 @pmzinoz additional overseas documents yung whining sakin which include tax documents, contracts, so it means sa dubai nag lang yun. wala naman kasi ako included na work experience for Phils.

    so in lieu of those documents, we plan to submit bak certificates that shows salary record. di ko pwede submit ang employment visa and contract ko which states different position from what i applied for. hopefully pumayag si CO.

    saken lang po... from what i read here, you can always ask your CO.. your CO is like your best friend... hahaha... kaya maganda kung maayos din relationship nyo... i think you can tell your CO your worries... explain to him na you don't have the taxation documents since when you worked in Dubai, you were exempted from tax, etc... then suggest if instead of providing that can i provide other type of documents to prove your overseas work... :) sabi nla ok naman daw ang mga CO.. nakakaintindi naman..

    @echo, pabalita po kami kung thru online inquiry din kayo ng SSS ang isusubmit niyo sa CO, kung screen shot or yung print copy. Kasi kami din po balak din namin po yun. :) Salamat po.

    Yap yung online sa SSS ang sinisend ko. Meron namang print to a PDF file so yun binigay ko. Bale yung employment history and Actual Premiums.

    @cchamyl yup we will explain to our CO na tax free and dubai and instead I will submit my bank statements reflecting the salary every month. Di ko kasi pwede submit yung contract ko kasi conflict yung pinaassess kong occupation sa vet assess sa nakalagay sa contract ko. Pinakiusapan ko lang kasi and office namin na downgrade yung position ko from Architect to draftsman.

    @jvframos - Hiningan na kme ni CO ng SG PCC, nakita niya siguro sa Form 80 na 6 yrs kme sa SG. Sa Monday ayusin namin ung PCC.
    oo nga, the faster you process your SG PCC, the faster will be the decision for your visa.

    Yung samin, sinubmit na namin lahat except for saudi PCC. kasi 2 months back we requested for saudi PCC for my hubby kasi he was there for 8 years. nahirapan kami to do the processing, ayaw iallow ng saudi foreign affairs na yung cousin naming and magprocess on our behalf. gusto nila personal eh di naman pwede kasi mahigpit sila sa visa. so we gave up na to the fact na malabo ng makakuha ng saudi PCC.

    we just submitted a statutory declaration as advised by our agent. then just this friday, we received SMS from our cousin in riyadh na naglalakad ng pcc ni hubby. he was able to complete the process. thank God.

    so as soon as we receive it, isesend agad naming kay CO. sana this will complete na the docs she requires + the result of the medical

Finally!!!! Thank God. End of the 1st journey, start of the new beginning; July 10, 2014 - IED

    @MJQ79 oo nga... saying yung time. kami naman, what we did, kahit di pa humihingi CO eh kumuha na kami ng Dubai PCC, NBI and Saudi PCC. kaya ng humingi si CO naiupload naming except sa Saudi PCC ni hubby. ayaw kasi kami bigyan ng Saudi police, pero ayun dahil matyaga yung pinsan naming na maglakad sa Saudi, naawa naman kaya binigyan na din kami.

    actually, yung PCC and NBI ng daughter ko hindi din hiningi ni CO pero as advised by @lock_code2004, dahil 16y/o na yung daughter ko, isinama na din namin sa pag upload.

    sana maging Ok na din yung visa natin like @shrek43. God willing eh malapit na din tayo nyan sa finish line. :-)

    After mag lodge ng visa 190, standard ba na hingan ng bank certificate/statement or depende lang? Kasi sa ss app di na ako hiningan ng bank cert/statement.
