    @Nadine. Me and my son will be staying in Brisbane at my aunt's place at Riverview for about a month or 2 lang po, but I have to move to South Australia to fulfill the moral obligation for Visa subclass 190.

    @ozdream may train from the airport going to central station cbd. 15mins travel time. Approx 12aud one way.. From the central train station nandun na lahat ng connecting train..

    Parehas pala tayo ng sitwasyon mam. sa sydney muna pamilya ko for a month then mauuna ako sa SA pra maghanap ng bahay at saka nlng susunod mag-ina ko.

    I purchased my ticket from IOM and I think the advantage of purchasing from them is less hassle na kasi you can communicate with them by email tapos by bank deposit lang yung payment and then they send the e-ticket to your email na lang by the end of the day. And, of course, they offer the fix 40-kilogram baggage so wala ng kaba sa airport. :)

    @xandra0228 iom qantas din po kami pero baggage allowance namin 46kg pero hiwalay dapat na tig 23kg...plus 10kg hand carry... check nyo po uli... sayang ang extra kilos :-D

    @icebreaker1928 Ah. Nagbago na po ata kasi ng policy ang Qantas kaya 40 kilos na lang ngayon. Sayang nga lang yung extra 6 kilos pero at least more than the usual na 23 kilos pa rin yung nakuha ko. :)

    @icebreaker1928 Hindi ko po alam kung kailan eh, pero yun po ang sabi ng mga taga-IOM. Yung isang kaibigan ko kasi na kumuha din ng ticket sa kanila last year, 46 kilos din ang nakuha na baggage eh.

    Kahit ilang baggages daw as long as 40 kilos ung total weight. Unfortunately eto na nakuha ko kase late na ako nakabook ehehehe implemented sya pag nagbook ka after march 31 Ata :-(

    Guys ask lang. Gusto ko kasi magpabook sa Jetstar eh since mura dun tska stop over sya sa SG. Magkano po ba magpabook ng checkin luggage sa Jetstar? May office po ba sila dito sa Manila or khr number lng? Tska kung may stop over SG, pwde po ba pumasyal sa City mismo?

    tapos avail ulit ng first time migrant sa IOM... nag inquire ako kung ok lang kung nakakuha nako sa PAL ng first time migrant.... sabi nila basta nde pa naka avail sa kanila walang problema...

    When you book your ticket online; you will be prompted to select how much baggage allowance you want - you will see the price there...

    Pwedeng pwede mag-stopover sa city; make sure you have sufficient time though as the airport is around 30 mins away by taxi from the city centre.
