Tourist Visa Option for Aged Parent

Hello, Good day po. I want to inquire about my current situation, and I'm hoping for your advices.
We were granted 491 FS this year. I am planning to make my BM this May 2022 and my family will follow after 3 months para makasettle muna ako. I also want to bring my Mother on Tourist Visa. Sasabay sya sana sa family ko. My mom is a senior citizen (64 yrs old) and is currently unemployed. Ang problem ko is kung aning tourist visa pathway ang aaplayan ko para sa kanya. Can a 491 visa holder who just started working sponsor a parent for a tourist visa? Mejo unlikely kasi ung Tourist Visa Option na need ng show money. I am also worried na marefuse ung tourist visa nya as she doesn't have a concrete proof to show na babalik sya dito sa Pinas. Offcourse she will comply with the visa requirements, the problem is how will she show proof na babalik sya. She is currently unemployed. Ang available asset nya lang is an old house and lot sa province.
Also, magakno po ang needed na show money for tourist visa?

BTW, I was sponsored by my mom's sister (aunt) who is an Australian Citizen. I am also planning to apply for an Aged Parent Visa after makuha ko ung PR and I'm hoping na makakuha sya ng tourist visa without the condition 8503- No further, stay para she can stay there on Bridging Visa.
