Migration Planning Levels
Source: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/what-we-do/migration-program-planning-levels
Example FY 2022:
189 = (250+200+200+200 Forecasted) = 850 invitations
491FS = (500+200+200+200 Forecasted) = 1100 invitations
Source: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skillselect/invitation-rounds
In percentages from Actual / Planning Levels 189 = 850/6500 = 13.07%
491 FS = 1100/11200 = 9.82%
Ibig sabihin. forecast actual invitations FY 2023
189 = 16652 * 0.1307 = 2176 invitations or 544 invitations per quarter
491FS = 25000 * 0.0982 = 2455 invitations or 614 invitations per quarter
Highly competitive parin kaya aim for 95 points and above kasi marami nakapending itong pandemic
or nakaqueue para highly competitive.

That’s always been the case - no surprise at all but usually us agents cAn gauge/would usually have a better understanding on the average time based on our own cases.

It will always be competitive but at least they’re looking into getting back that pre-pandemic level vs what’s been happening in the last 2 years. That alone is good news!

Thank you po.

Nung pre-pandemic po ba, kind of a fair game for all ba siya? Like yung mga 70-80 pointers, did they frequently get invited as well?

I’m not sure how you define fair game. All invites are based on how skillselect is programmed
