Applying for Visitor visa while awaiting the result of 491 visa?

Hello, lovely people.

Is it possible to apply for a visitor visa (subclass 600) for my 8-month old daughter who is awaiting the result of her 491 subsequent entrant visa?

I lodged her 491 subsequent entrant visa in September 2021. I am just worried that it would take a long time for the 491grant to arrive, so I would like to apply for a visitor visa while waiting for the result.

Also, I just wanted to make sure that the visitor visa is not going to supersede her 491.
