Hindi pwedeng magtransition from 491 to 189 within 3 years.
Pwede ka magtransition from 491 to 191 after ma meet mo yung requirements.
Ang unang makakapagtransition ay magaganap sa 15 November 2022.
Kaya wala pang makakasagot nito tungkol sa experience nila.

Hi @tigerlance , maraming salamat po sa inyong sagot.
Another question po, nakita ko po sa inyong timeline na after direct grant ng visa niyo po, tama po ba na hindi po kayo lumipad agad sa Aus, dahil ang big move niyo po ay nitong May 2022? Aask ko lang po sana na ok lang po yun na hindi agad tumira sa Aus once magrant ang visa?

Hi @ronagortega92, usually, naka-indicate sa visa grant letter 'yung FOR FIRST ENTRY, ARRIVE BY gantong date. In my case sa 491 visa, within 1 year dapat makapunta na ako ng Australia.

Pero ito pong for first entry ay para lang po maasikaso yung pag open ng accounts and what not, or yun na po ang start ng pagtira sa Aus mismo?

If you were outside Australia when you were granted one of the above Skilled visas then your visa grant will be subject to visa Condition 8504 which provides that:
The holder must enter Australia as the holder of the visa to which the condition applies before a date specified by the Minister.
This condition requires that each visa holder must make their first entry into Australia before the “For first entry, arrive by” date specified in the “Grant Notification” letter.
Skilled Migration is aware there will be circumstances when you and/or family members (who were granted a visa as part of your application) may not be able to comply with this condition, for example due to global travel restrictions. In such circumstances you can delay making your first entry into Australia, as long as you arrive within the visa validity period
b) Kung nagrant ka after 15 December 2021,

The holder must enter Australia as the holder of the visa to which the condition applies before a date specified by the Minister. Matagal na yung isang taon na preparation after the grant. Since stable na yung airlines and inallow na yung unvaccinated travelers, dapat sundin yung nakastate sa visa grant. (1 year ang 1st entry after visa grant) para sa skilled visas.

First entry. Pwede naman yung tumapak ka dito sa AU, then kinabukasan umuwi ka na. Okay lang naman kasi multiple entries nakastate sa visa. Then balik ka after 3 months.

Hi! May question po ako regarding 491/190 visa. Let's say you are granted a visa for QLD. Are you allowed to work remotely or WFH even if the employer is on a different state, NSW? Thank you po sa makakasagot.

Hi Ms. Rhea, thank you po for the advise. I have a follow-up question po sana. Pwede po ba kami magstay sa ibang regional area once our 491 has been granted? Like hindi po specifically sa region na nagnominate po sa amin? Ang concern ko po kasi is sa area namin which is yung Norther Inlands, wala pong available job openings na suited po sa amin. May breach po kaya yun sa visa 191 in the future if sa ibang regional area kami nagstay?

Would like to know din kung possible ba na gawin to. Or if meron na gumawa nito and di naman nagkaproblem with regards to transitioning to a 191.
