ohh may ganun pala? sakin kasi magkaibang EOI yung SA and VIC, kaya siguro walang conflict. or baka nga nag luwag talaga sila this time.

Hi, I have a few questions po:

    1. I have just received an ITA from VIC this morning. Possible po ba mag withdraw and re-submit a new ROI or just proceed to lodge the visa? I just realised I overclaimed points sa work experience and hindi siya pasok sa 3 - 5 years work experience bracket dahil sa pagbawas ni ACS ng 2 years sa relevant work experience ko. It was an honest mistake from my side.
    2. My points is 80 + 5. If ibawas yung work experience, pasok parin sa minimum points required (75 + 5).

    Slippery slope 'to.

May mga nakita ako before about claiming points for deducted work experience, kasi ang statement nila is "Employed means engaged in an occupation for remuneration for at least 20 hours a week." Hindi explicitly stated na it's up to the assessing body, apparently.

So may mga applicants sa FB groups who are in the same situation and proceeded with their application, in case lang the CO decides to give them a chance. They might ask for documentation of your work experience?

Have read one or two positive outcomes sa mga ganitong cases, though parang betting on chance na rin 'to so can't say if it's a risk worth taking. Personally, I would withdraw and submit a new one... but that's just me.

Wala bang possible na ma-increase sa points mo, for example NAATI? Maxed out na ba?

FB group is "All about Australian visa, migration, and education support group".

Do you know the process and will VIC allow me to re-submit ROI? I have read the terms and they said failure to lodge means they cannot renominate me again..

I have not checked NAATI, madali po ba to get certified?

Again, take my advice na lang with a grain of salt kasi di ko to na-experience 😅

NAATI, 40k yung exam. Kayang kaya naman sya basta magaral ka. Check mo yung NAATI CCL thread dito sa forum.

    Thank you po sa sasagot..

meron ako nabasa dati na overclaiming ng points can lead to refusal ng visa. and bawal ata yang both kayo mag papasa ng eoi as primary, kasal ba kayo ? nakapag pasa ka na ng eoi di ba meron dun agreement na meron kang dependent. kapag nalaman yan na ung dependent mo ng pasa din ng eoi subject to refusal din yan. and about dun sa CCL, check mo din ung schedule once every month or every two months lang sila ng iisked.

Sige po i'll check out NAATI CCL, thank you!

another question po, I included my partner and we claimed the maximum points for it. Can he submit a new EOI/ROI as the primary applicant? may instance po ba na a couple submitted 2 EOIs na primary sila each?

    Thank you po sa sasagot..

meron ako nabasa dati na overclaiming ng points can lead to refusal ng visa. and bawal ata yang both kayo mag papasa ng eoi as primary, kasal ba kayo ? nakapag pasa ka na ng eoi di ba meron dun agreement na meron kang dependent. kapag nalaman yan na ung dependent mo ng pasa din ng eoi subject to refusal din yan. and about dun sa CCL, check mo din ung schedule once every month or every two months lang sila ng iisked.

We’re claiming as de facto partner. We’re just worried lang na baka hindi na uli kami ma-nominate ni VIC or ma-ban kami if we don’t lodge the visa..

So do you think the only possible option is to withdraw/cancel current ITA? Do I have to contact DHA po to do this? There is no withdraw nor cancel options kasi sa liveinmelbourne and skillselect eh.

No issues with submitting separate EOIs as far as I am aware. My wife and I submitted separate ones kasi magkaiba nominated occupations namin. Unang nakareceive ng invite wife ko from ACT but didn't get the nomination. I then received invite and approved naman. Though before lodging we also both received invite from NSW pero ako na lang tumuloy with the application.

This is true, na overclaiming can lead to refusal. Recently though may discussion na as long as you can prove your overclaimed points, you can try. Take note na it's RISKY. Try asking Facebook groups din, or an agent.

Hi po, ano pong basis nung bawal both magpasa ng EOI as primary pag partners? I thought naman na pwede sya and dependent nyo ang isa't isa for those each primary applications submitted, para more chances of winning kumbaga.

Already answered na po ni @whimpee, hehe. Sa taas banda yung sagot niya :)

Ohh I missed that one, naka mobile lang kasi ako 😅 Though yung case nya is magkaiba sila ng nominated occupation ng partner nya, okay lang din naman siguro kung same ng nominated occupation noh?

That should be fine. Valid move naman yan (2 EOIs, partners switched as main applicant and dependent) and walang repercussion or whatever. Magkakaron lang ng problema yan (I think, di ko sure kung ano exactly) kung parehas invited, then nag tuloy rin ng visa application, which is to be honest so silly to commit such a "mistake". HAHA. Doble gastos yun e, to begin with. Then, there is that notion na baka "bawal", well who knows.

Hanggang May 05, 2023 pa deadline ni VIC baka pwede ka pa gumawa ng new EOI and submit new ROI.

    Personal opinion ko lang ito.

    Hello question po,
Nagsa submit po ako ngayon ng EOI and would like to know your opinion on our scenario.

Bale Sysad po ang partner ko, pero kulang siya sa years of experience para makapag pa assess sa ACS.
Ok lang ba na I specify pa rin namin ang nominated occupation nya, but will just indicate na wala siyang suitable skill assessment from that occupation? (see screenshot below)

    Thanks!
