If that is the only move, do you have any other choice? Haha.
It depends on your situation kasi, kung kaya ma-prove na de facto, edi mas maganda yun syempre, kasama na sya sa visa application if ever ma-invite. Kung walang mapapakita na evidence, edi wala kang option but to leave your partner out and apply as single, then think of the next step later on.

Depende pa rin sa inyo ang sagot haha, nasa EOI stage pa lang naman ikaw/kayo e.
Wala problema kung mag submit ka ng EOI as Single or declare mong may girlfriend jowa ka (changed to gender-neutral, di ko alam kung lalaki o babae ka haha), di rin naman sya kasama dun sa visa application later on once you have been invited kasi sayo na nanggaling na wala kayong proof of de facto relationship.
Kung magpapakasal naman kayo now, need nyo pa rin ng evidence na kasal na kayo so maghihintay pa kayo ng PSA-copy of marriage certificate.
So, nasa sa inyo talaga ang sagot, kapatid.

Thank you @_sebodemacho and @d_b! Actually, hindi naman din namin talaga minamadali yung sa kasal. Ang worry lang namin is kapag single yung nilagay ko kapag nagsubmit ako ng visa application, baka mahirapan kami na iapply ko sya ng visa for partner (don't know pa din kung anong partner visa yung pwedeng iapply after ko maPR). Thank you po sa advices nyo!
