@diannegrace5 Para sa skills assessment, kahit saan po. Di ko lang alam para sa visa, di kasi ako nagpanotaryo sa kahit anong requirements ko sa visa.

I can't remember any requirement of notarization of documents for visa application when I applied years ago. Pero for skills assessment kelangan notarized. Just make sure legit yung papanotaryohan mo.
