EOI Education History

Hi guys,

Based on my assessment results, one of my qualifications has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Advanced Diploma (please see below). However, the institution only presented a Statement of Attainment instead of a Certificate of Completion. The reason why is because they have additional requirements to complete the course which was disclosed to me only at the end of the course. I did not complete the additional requirement as it was a mistake made by the institution.

I have provided ACS with the said Statement of Attainment document. My question is, since ACS included my Advanced Diploma of Information Technology, is it important to include it in my education history when submitting my EOI? I'm not sure if it is still relevant since I have a bachelor's degree naman which is my highest educational attainment. I think my Adv. Diploma might be considered as an incomplete degree since I didn't get the Certificate of Completion document from the institution.

March 2012 has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a Major in
computing.

Your Advanced Diploma of Information Technology from Academies Australasia Polytechnic
completed December 2020 has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Advanced Diploma with a
Major in computing._

P.S: Did you guys also added High School level?

Based on my understanding for EOI, the relevant information to put is the one where you will be claiming points (highest attained), meaning the Bachelor's degree.

Thanks for your response. That is my understanding too. Guess I'm just overthinking the technicalities.

@initialvelocity I believe High School is not included. Tertiary education only.

Sabi nila iignore naman daw. Although indicated sa EOI secondary level and above
