hello po! i am being bombarded by Groworx po on my social media accounts, not sure kung legit po sila, pero mukhang madami na sila napadala na Aged Care personnel here in AU. Ang tanong lang naman po na naiisip ko is kung meron po PR Pathway through them... if there is, it will be a really good option to come over here to AU.

Hi @ney2300 and @baiken Legit po ang Groworx Global. Andun na po ang Ate ko. Basta po dapat papasa din kayo sa requirements nila. Madami na din sila napadala sa Australia. Ang swerte nila kasi Groworx na din naghahanap ng employer nila and ang PR pathway po ay applicable hanggang 45 years old lang. May PR pathway po. Natulong din ang Groworx sa mga care workers na nurses na gusto maging AU RN. Madami na pong natulungan ang Groworx. Global company po sila. For more info, I think better to watch their videos on Youtube, Facebook and IG.

hello @Athena555 thanks for your input, it is good to hear na goods and legit po sila Groworx... are you able to confirm po kung ano ang visa na ibinigay sa ate mo? was it a training visa? Visa 407 po ba?

hopefully your ate can elaborate on this one, sayang yung 2 years na training visa, tapos wala pathway to PR

@baiken they are in training visa since they will be finishing their Individual Support Training Cert III.

hi po @Athena555, i get your point here, but the applicant/employees themselves should know po kung ano yung susunod na transition na visa (targetting PR of course) nila after their training visa is done, we cannot just rely on what the company/immigration lawyer will do dahil po hindi din naman sure kung ano mangyayari in the future, especially because immigration here in AU changes yearly, just my 2cents po, i hope you don't take it personally, but just as a cautious reminder

407 po then 482 (temp skill shortage visa) then after a year po na grant ang working visa. Pag naka 2 yrs na po ng working visa, pwede na po mag apply ng PR ang nasa Aged Care.
