Japanese Police Clearance

Hello po.

Tumira kasi ako sa Japan for a year so need ko magrequest ng police clearance from Japan. Naglodge na po ako ng 190

Bali, sabi ng Japanese Embassy, need ng letter from Australian government to request a Japanese Police Clearance.

Paano ko kaya makukuh yung letter na yun from Australian Government

For myslef, I just printed my Australian visa application, invoice, and print out nung screenshot nung documents required to upload sa immiaccount showing your name, reference number (na matched sa visa application and invoice), and showing ung part na Japan Character History required.

Di na ko nag hintay ng letter from the Case Officer. Pero confirm mo sa Japan embassy kung nasan ka ngayon kung accepted nila to. In my case sa Ireland accepted ng Japan embassy dito and they issued my PCC.

Hi po @Mikopara

Ask ko lang po kung saan location mo now? If dito ka din sa Philippines, si Japanese Embassy ba ang kinausap mo muna or drecho walk-in lang with above requirements?
Same case din kase ako, already lodged pero wala pang binibigay na Letter from DHA (Request for Japan PCC). I wanted sana to get this moving dahil medyo matagal din ang lead time kay Japan PCC (2-3months based sa consular website).

I noticed na nailodged na ung visa application.
Pwede ba na ilodged na kahit walang attachment dun sa portion na un?

Or pwede na kahit ung Visa attachment portion lang na ito?

@mikopara sorry kulang info ko.... i mean yung isubmit sa Japan Embassy kahit ung print out nung buong page lang ng attachment documents tapos passport?

Visa 186 kasi ako eh...and still awaiting pa sa nomination approval naman pero nagstart na dn ako maglodge....para submit na lang din after.

Does this mean na mag lolodge kayo ng visa application na incomplete kasi hindi naman magbibigay ang Japan Embassy ng police clearance? Ang gulo naman? Kung hihintayin ang police clearance, 2 months ang waiting time pero 60 days lang ang ibibigay to lodge visa? Paano yun?

Also, i called japan embassy few months ago just to inquire. ( still waiting for invite ) medyo unclear sila. Nagtanong ako kung ano ang kelangan nilang docs from australian DHA, sabi lang "we dont have a template" kaya naisip ko baka pwede na mag apply for police clearance gamit lang yung list of requirements for visa application?

Police checks are not necessarily required upon lodgment of the visa application.

Merong iba nga naghihintay ng CO contact para mag submit nyan even the medical test, kasi time-sensitive yung mga docs na yan. They expire.

Sa case ko, I'm waiting for nomination approval and possible feedback from CO. My agent also told me that we just have to wait for the case officer.
Nanghihinayang lang din ako sa oras na maghihintay since 2-3months ang lead time ng JPCC, but looks like ganun talaga mangyayari.

As for @Busy_book , you can lodge your Visa and you will not be required with police checks.

Yes, I'm not sure sa JPN embassy ng PH, since nag apply ako outside PH and they were ok with just the visa invoice and print-out nung requirement as mentioned from the top of this thread.

Yes, SC 186 DE din ako and my agent lodged both employer nomination and our visa application within the same day. After lodging, we are asked for medical and Ph police clearance.
may mga nababasa ako na same cases din at yung nomination at visa application ay halos sabay na na-aapprove. may iba naman na 1month after nomination approval yung visa approval.

Medyo sa case kase natin, we are waiting for CO if bibigyan tayo ng request letter para sa Japan police clearance certificate. Ito din sinabi ng agent na we just have to wait for CO.

Update ko dito kung ano man maging progress.

@kagenui Yes po walang letter sa australia. kung ano lang yung mentioned ko yun yung binigay ko. ayun nakuha ko na police clearance na sealed after 2.5 months. Parang nag consult muna yung front desk sa loob bago tinanggap yung akin.

@Busy_book Opo di complete. tapos nilagay ko na lang request letter for the Japanese Police Clearance or Character Documents. Magulo nga po kasi need mo yung request letter from Aus para makahingi ng Japanese Police Clearance pero di naman nagbibigay si Australia ng mabilisan nung request letter na iyon hahaha so ako na lang nag initiate sa Japanese Embassy sa manila which is tinanggap naman. Kinopya ko lang si @Cerberus13

hello ask ko lang, nakalagay pala talaga sa Character History, Evidence of - JAPAN page mo?
weird kase sa akin walang namention na -JAPAN though sa application ko naman naka-state
na i did stay sa Japan in the past 10 years (2013-2016).

cguro pede mo din ma-try yung ginawa ni @mikopara since may -JAPAN specifically indicated

nagemail din ako actually sa DOHA and sabi wag daw iopen tapos may binigay na address at dun daw isesend via mail service....then may pinagtanungan naman akong agent Australian migration agent na to and sabi is ok to open scan and send then no issue pa naman daw na nangyayari if buksan na.

medyo vague and magulo pa din ang system pala ahaha parang very subjective ang diskarte nila haha

Hi, may kakilala po ko na naglodge visa nya without Japan PCC kasi hindi nya inopen. Few months later, ns-s56 sya to submit Japan PCC. After that, dun pa lang nya inopen at sinubmit PCC nya. It's up to u po kung gusto nyo din ma-avoid ang s56 para hindi madelay ang processing.

Hi, wala pa rin akong CO contact. Hmm confusing naman yan response ng DoHA, meroi\n silang statement before that they strictly do not accept physical documents.
