Zero Claim for Partner Points

Hi po. applying for visa 189/190 po. wala po bang problem f e zero claim q yung sa partner points po kase wala xang English prof test and assessment?

No problem if you will not claim points from your partner. But its highly recommended to exhaust all options to get the maximum points. Additionally, once invited, your partner will have to submit and evidence of functional English.

Hi Maam Rhea, about po sa proof of english, pwede po kaya yung Diploma and TOR ng spouse ko? I got invited, zero points si spouse.

That’s not enough. You’ll need letter from the institution to confirm that medium of teaching is in English….but sometimes, depending on the case officer, they might still ask for English test results.
