About error in immi form

Magtanung lang po kung anu ang pwede mangyari kz husband q nag fill up ng form sa immiaccount niya para sa emedical nagkamali po cya ng lagay sa passport expiration niya dapat po 24 ang nailagay niya eh 25 naisubmit na po niya bago niya napansin na may mali anu po kaya possible na mangyari sa application niya?

Was it an error from the visa application pa lang po may mali na or sa localised form sa e medical nagkamali si husband? Check nyo po yung original visa application if tama.
Or sa appointment with panel physician kayo namali ng fill up?

Ang pagkakatanda ko emedical is magdedeclare n lang po ng health , yung passport and applicant details na ka pre-populate na sya sa pagkakaalam ko , so it could be in the encoding of the application for the visa initially ,the details doon na may mali sa inencode?

log in details is : provide the your last name and HAP ID and birth date of applicant

If that is the case you can notify DHA through IMMI Account for notification of incorrect answers para macorrect po yung details nila sa mismong visa lodgement na sa immi account (Form 1023)
