Looking for accommodation around Sydney CBD

Hi. Im looking for 1 month accommodation within Sydney CBD or at least commutable via train/bus kahit 30 minutes. Kahit po house share okay lang. A small private room will do also.

My budget is 250-300 per week
Target date: March 15 to April 15

I tried airbnb and hotels before. E namamahalan na ako this time for 1 month stay. Baka meron ditong nagpaparent ng spare room? PM pls.
