Looking for students (ONLY) who would like to rent a room located in the western suburbs - 15 minute drive from ADELAIDE CBD & 10 minute drive from local beaches. Plenty of transportation available (10 minute walk from bus & 15 minute walk from train station)

$220 per student (negotiable with bills included)
Access to entire house (kitchen, dining room, lounge room, bathroom )
