Specialisation Skill

Hi all, I'm kinda noob here and still in the starting/deciding stage. I am currently a Manager in an internet cafe here in the Philippines. At first, I was trying to look for my field in the Retail Services in the CSOL, but did not find any that would actually match my current position. Then, just a few weeks back, I accidentally stumbled upon the restaurant manager in the CSOL and discovered that under the specialization, I found the Internet Cafe Manager. But when I checked the job description they were looking for, it was mostly under food restaurant services.
Will this still have a higher success rate if I apply under Internet Cafe Manger?
Any advice would be appreciated!TIA!
