Hi, possible po ba to pag company and nag apply ng PR? Kahit almost 45 na?

May caveats po yan , if your employer is sponsoring overseas workers with a Labour Agreement or DAMA you may be waived from the 45 year limit for niche industries.
May waiting period naman for employer sponsored visas ,you need to check your eligibility if naka abot na ng 2-3 years base sa published criteria for your current visa before makapply ng ENS 186 .

Definitely there is a chance if you have a chance to be employed through DAMA or Labour agreements to AU govt to access to niche skills in occupation list or outside the occupation list pwede kahit over 45 pa kayo when you apply or transition to PR visa.
