Hi May I ask regarding submitting Expression of Interest (EOI). Need po ba mag take ng English proficiency Test kapag magsasumbit ng EOI? If yes, can you recommend what English Proficiency Test should I take and how much is the price for taking this test? Thank you in advance

Yes, you need PTE/IELTS. You can't submit an EOI yet without your english test result as it will ask for the ref number. PTE is around 10-11k pesos na yata.
