hi po, yes you can submit an EOI for 190/189/491's, for all states, that is what i have done before as a plan B, C, D - Z!

tama ka po, so many variables in place hangga't di nakakapagpa-PR, the journey is going to be fun, that is how it was and had been for me

as of the moment po, not sure kung ano na ang requirement to go from visa 482 to visa 186, 3 po ata yung routes for visa 186 as per memory (186 direct entry, 186 trt, 186 labour, found on URL: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/employer-nomination-scheme-186)

i went through with visa 186 direct entry, had to wait for at least 2 years on 482 before asking my employer to help me with visa 186 DE.. hope that helps po, as i remember, you can even ask your employer to do a 186 DE kahit nakaka-1week ka pa lang with them, and they can do it if they really want to sponsor you (which rarely happens kasi once PR na, people can already leave their employer, the 2 year thing is only a moral obligation if you read on the conditions)

ask away lang po kayo, madami tayong mga ka-forum goers na iba-iba ang situation and can definitely help out sharing their experiences... but always take it with a grain of salt, everyone's circumstances is different, every journey is unique just cherish it all and for sure when you look back, you'll tell yourself that everything was worthit, that is how i look at it now

You need to be sponsored by the employer….now the question is, is it worth the wait? Transitioning to 186 from 482 comes with uncertainties ie what if policy changes by then? What if employer decides not to sponsor? What if you end up not liking your employer? That’s why even my British clients, I tell them, pursue 482 but have a back up plan. Get started with the gsm process so you’re not tied in with work. Remember 482 doesn’t have privileges like medical and school fees for your children. It’s a temporary fix. The best visa would still have to be 189,190 and 491…..unless you get offered a 186 visa which seldom happens

For 186 DE ba, nag LMT pa ba ang company nyo? wala kasi nakalagay sa website, pero sa nababasa ko sa ibang group ay recommended sya but not mandatory. but I need to know sa mga naka experience na. thanks po.

If you meant this as posting your position on job sites, yes po mga 5 weeks yata yon. 186 DE here.

yes po 186 DE, nag-LMT pa po sila during that time, around 3 years ago na po ito, masyadong mabilis changes ng migration laws nowadays, so I cannot really answer kung ano na po requirements now

Yes came from 482 Medium Stream to 186 DE. Onshore here too and currently working sa kanila. Edited to add lang din na recent lang to nangyari

are you trying to do this on your own kabayan? i highly suggest you ask your employer to have a migration agent help you out, mas best yun at least meron mag-guide sayo on a professional level, and not just asking here sa forum... if ayaw mo na mag LMT, i believe pwede yun, pero need mo apply ng 186 TRT, again just an opinion , ang maganda sa 186 DE, wala na need intayin na tenure sa current company mo, rekta agad apply (yun nga lang, need LMT, although not mandatory, pero pag hinanap ng immigration, pano na?)

i came from 482 as well, and had my company do the 186 DE instead of 186 TRT dahil alam kong kaya ko mag-comply sa lahat ng requirements for it, had a good relationship as well with the MARA agent na kinuha ng employer ko, kaya napadali lang for me just had to wait at least 13 months for grant though XD

Sabay po ba naapprove ung nomination at visa niyo? Self lodging lang kasi kame ng employer ko. Naapprove naman ung ka-work ko for the nomination pero pending pa rin ung akin. Salamat!

nope, hindi sabay na-grant, nauna po naapprove nomination, then nagkaron pa me ng S56 (asking for more info from employer), tapos tsaka lang po na-grant... sensya na, di ko na maalala yung whole process (kinalimutan ko na lol) XD

I recently got my 186 DE. Nagtransition ako from visa 400 to 186 DE. Di na kami nag LMT ni employer kasi nga di naman siya compulsory. Medyo incomplete yung unang submission ng employer ko kaya na s56 sya requesting for more info from immi. Basically, yung request ni immi is almost all yung requirements na nasa website. Ni-recitify lang ni employer yung una niyang submission adding/making it more detailed. After that nagrant naman yung nomination.
