    Isa pa pong advice ko na pwede makatulong sa evidence of employment is past bank statements showing na nacredit yung salary. Usually naka indicate sa transaction entry yung company name. Kung BPI just call 89-100 and request the copies nung mga years na gusto niyo then i-mail sa mailing address nyo. May bayad nga lang sya.

    @icebreaker1928 visa class 176 skilled-family sponsored. sana nga matapos na kami pero mukhang mttagalan pa kc si hubby kkaapply pa lang ng police clearance nya sa saudi. wala pa din ang medical result nmin sabi sa st lukes 7 to 10 working days daw bago masend sa DIAC.

    hopefully nga matapos na kc ang hirap ng isip ng isip.

    23may2011 - lodged app online
    29dec2011 - CO allocated; asked to provide add'l docs for work experience

    so far, 110 points na ang 'met.' i only needed 100 points kasi sponsored ako, pandagdag 10 points lang yung work experience.

    7mar2012 - asked to fulfill health and character requirements
    19mar2012 - health req finalised (bothered lang ako dito sa red line below the word "finalised" - sa aussie english, tama naman ang spelling:))
    03apr2012 - applied for NBI clearance, may hit dahil sa dating DOST scholar ako.

    ok, so sa puntong ito, hindi ako mashadong worried kahit malapit na yung deadline 28-day timeframe ng immi to submit the req kasi importante may proof na inasikaso ko na sya. so ni-scan ko ang resibo ko at ni-post bilang attachment.

    27apr2012 - wala pa ring NBI clearance sa aking mga kamay. Yung DOST clearance ko winala nung courier (mar30 pa daw pinadala ng contact ko sa DOST), so i requested for a new one nalang a few days ago. pina-pick up ko na sa kuya ko at pinapadala ko sa Air21 (andito ako sa Mindanao).

    i have a strong feeling yun na lang NBI clearance ko ang kulang. nabasa ko kasi sa ilang mga tagarito na once mafinalise ang heath at character req, it takes less than a month for a visa to be granted.

    nafu-frustrate lang ako at nasi-stress sa paghihintay. pero gusto ko talaga sana sa August pa lumipad. parang ayaw ko pang umalis ng Pilipinas.

    i have one question.. first time mo ba kumuha ng nbi clearance?

    DOST scholar din kasi ako, pero nagpa clear na ako dati.. at nakakuha na rin ng NBI clearance for travel abroad.. so iniisip ko lang kung baka paulitin din nila ako ng clearance.. hopefully not.. thanks!

    @lock_code2004 - salamat. kumuha nako dati pero inignore ko lang yung hit kasi for local employment lang naman e. di naman ako kinulit ng previous employers. so bago pa ako nag-apply for nbi cl nung april 3, nag-email nako sa dost. di ko inexpect na tatagal ng ganito. dito kasi samin, aabot ng 2-3 months bago marelease ang nbi clearance. wow lang.

    sana nga di kana paulitin pakuhain. WA ka ba? Perth kasi ako e.

    teka may tanong din pala ako sayo, since pinagdaanan mo nato: pwede ba later nalang ung sa DFA? o kailangan unahin ko yun bago nila irelease ang nbi? ty

    @bajayjay - np.. ung sa DFA naman kasi is kung lilipad kana talga ng bansa.. so until wala ka pang flight paalis pwede mo pa idelay un.. but i suggest.. give enough time between your clearance and your flight.. alam mo nmn govt agencies sa atin... wag mo nang hintayin na baka ma hold ka pa sa departure area just because of this.. goodluck...

    @bajayjay Dost scholar din ako pero di ako sure bkt ang tagal marrelease ng nbi clearance for au. Nagbbusiness trip ako during the time na hindi pa tapos obligation ko with dost pero mabilis lang mkuha ung nbi clearance, parang after 2-3 days lang ata. Kaso not sure if iba ung case pag migration.if tapos na ung service mo with dost dapat kumuha ka na ng final clearance.
    About dfa, ganon din suggestion ko, ayusin mo na rin sya agad :-)

    @stolich18 - ganun talaga dito sa Dipolog NBI. 2-3 months ang release. nagsisisi nga ako e. sana sa manila ko nalang in-apply, sinabay nung nagpamedical ako sa st. luke's. punta nalang ako Dumaguete next week pag dumating na ang DOST clearance via air21. ipre-present mo lang naman un diba once ma-identify na cause ng hit ay DOST? sana nga. kasi worried din ako na papuntahin pako ng NBI Manila dahil lang dito sa DOST clearance. o kaya paghintayin at pabalikin na naman makalipas ng isang linggo. ang absurd lang talaga ng red tape. sinasabi ko na lang sa sarili ko... It's more fun in the Philippines! :)

    @bajayjay - yup you need to present the DOST letter to NBI.. and make sure na magdala ka ng extra copy para un ang ibigay mo if ever they need a copy. keep the original always.

    @Birhen_ng_Guadalupe - sila na po yung nagmail sa DIAC hindi ko na po nakuha. may letter ka na po from DIAC para magrequest ng COC sa SG? kasi naandun po yung mailing address na gagamitin para padala ng SPF yung COC.

    @bajayjay yup ung clearance letter lng from dost kelangan ng nbi. Sa main office ako lagi pumupunta pag may travel ako. Di lo sya nkukuha within the day so bumbalik pa ako and expected ko nu ung qa interview dhil may hit ako :-)

    @delski @JClem sabi ng agent namin there are only 2 ways to provide evidence of English proficiency.

    1. IELTS results
    2. holder of US, UK or Canadian passports.




    Nag claim ba kayo ng points para sa hubby mo? ksi kung di naman tama si JLEM certification lng pwede na. Mahal din kumuha ng IELTS at sayang din ang time.


    waaahhh ang hirap humabol sa discussions. mukhang madami na ulet na-grant ng visa ah. :) Congrats sa inyo.

    may tanong po ulet ako, ung health requirements ko and ng eldest ko FINALISE na. samantalang ung sa husband and youngest ko naka OUTSTANDING pa and MEDICALS REFERRED daw. Last April 20 ito na-update online. Sabi ng agent namin, most likely nasa ibang doctor daw ung medical results nung mga naka-outstanding, ganon ba un? just wanted to take some input sa mga naka-experience na. usually it takes how many weeks before sya ma-update to FINALISE? I'm worried kasi baka mamaya may findings sa medical nila. Sabi naman ng agent, if may findings sa medical sasabihin daw agad ng doctor yun and hihingan kami ng additional tests pa.

    Lapit na din IELTS exam ng hubby ko sa May 12 na. Sana makakuha sya ng band score of 5 para hindi na kami magbayad ng AUD 4k. Sayang din kasi.

    Mar.26.2012 - Online Status: Application being processed further/CO allocated
    Mar.30.2012 - Submitted NBI Clearance
    Apr.18.2012 - Submitted SG COC
    Apr.30.2012 - Medical finalised for me, hubby and eldest son. youngest son requested to provide further medical.
    May.31.2012 - Husband IELTS result submitted.
    Jun.26.2012 - Seen a developmental pediatrician at Mt. E for my youngest son dev assessment.
    Jun.27.2012 - Go back to the doctor at SATA to submit the report to AU.
    Jul.04.2012 - Global Health received the reports. Status changed to further medicals referred.
    Jul.17.2012 - Submitted my new passport to our agent MIGASSIST.
    Sep.03.2012 - VISA GRANT! GOD IS GOOD! ALL OUR GLORY AND PRAISE WE OFFER TO YOU LORD.
