i am not too sure about sa extension pero pwede mo naman siguro sabihin ung time na kelangan mo pa. in terms of the requirements dun sa site mo pa rin i-upload then inform mo na lang si CO na nag-upload ka ng docs. no need to attach the docs sa email mo, nandun sa auto-reply na email nila un.
