VISA Options for US Citizens

Hi Guys!
Question po, baka may familiar about the topic. My aunt is a US Citizen hoping to relocate here, is there a specific pathway for US citizens? Medyo may edad na yung aunt ko mid40s and di rin naman technical yung skill nya. I was thinking pwede sya magstudent visa for masters, pero I dont know what she can do after she completes the course kung anong option meron to be permanent aside from finding an employer who can sponsor. Any thoughts is greatly appreciated! TIA!

does not matter if she is a US Citizen; she will still undergo the same path as people who want to become PR in Australia...
