    @LokiJr, 10 days naman. :) Pero sa totoo lang mabagal talaga ngayon. Though sa kabilang forum (expatforum.com), marami-rami ng applicants ng first half ng June ang may CO. :)

    Haha! Oo nga e. Pag may visa grant na yun palang ang simula ng stress sa paghahanap ng work, matitirhan and adjustment sa environment. :)

    Masaya ang CNY this year, malaking tulong na ginawa siyang holiday at long weekend pa...as usual busy kami Friday hanggang kahapon, pero masaya hehe :D

    Naku! Kakainip talaga yan kapag parating inaantay. Ako ata after 2 months nun naglodge kami, mga Sept dun na ko parating nagche-check. Yun din kasi yung time na sobrang bilis ni DIAC sa 175. Meron silang naprocess na 3 months in 2 weeks time. Ngayon bumagal. Suggestion ko hanap ka muna ibang mapaglilibangan. Nood ng mga tv series, mag-bike buong araw, libangin ang sarili sa trabaho, magbasa ng mga nobela, magantsilyo. Hahaha! Ako nililito ko muna sarili ko sa pagbabasa ng Game of Thrones. :D

    ganito pala ang feeling ng naghihintay ng update sa visa application. araw-araw nagche-check ng email at diac website for updates, hehe. exciting na medyo nakaka-kaba. :)

    @JClem ah oo nga hintay hintay lang malapit nadin yan, ang mabagal yung NBI kapag na hit yung name mo 13 days maghintay, tapos ang haba pa ng pila just to get forms. Nag apply kami Feb. 8, tapos sa 27 pa namin makukuha.. yun nalang kulang namin. Sa mga naghihintay palang ng CO di pa pwede kuha updated NBI hanggang walang advise ang CO... sana maallocate nadin sa inyo...kita kits sa AU :)

    Actually pwede na po and even medical pwede na din. Kaya lang it will affect your initial entry date. NBI clearance is valid only for 1 year and I think same with your medical. Yung ibibigay sa'yo ni DIAC na initial entry date is date before ma-expire NBI clearance mo or yung medical mo, whichever expires first. Then pag inabutan pa sya ng expiration ng wala ka pang CO, uulitin mo pareho. Pero the best thing na masusuggest ko is apply kayo ng NBI or pamedical kayo mga 2 weeks to a month based sa estimated nyo na magkaka-CO kayo. Malalaman nyo naman if malapit na based sa updates ni DIAC on the allocation dates. :)

    Hehe! I am hoping na wala ng hit name ko after changing it to my married name. Nung single kasi ko hit name ko e. :) Kaya naiingit ako nun sa mga nagpaparenew sa mga kiosks lang. Ako kelangan ko pa pumunta nun sa NBI Carriedo. Di ako binigyan ng parents ko kasi ng kakaibang name. Hehe! :P
    @JClem ah oo nga hintay hintay lang malapit nadin yan, ang mabagal yung NBI kapag na hit yung name mo 13 days maghintay, tapos ang haba pa ng pila just to get forms. Nag apply kami Feb. 8, tapos sa 27 pa namin makukuha.. yun nalang kulang namin. Sa mga naghihintay palang ng CO di pa pwede kuha updated NBI hanggang walang advise ang CO... sana maallocate nadin sa inyo...kita kits sa AU :)

    Walang anuman. Pangarap ko kasing maging immigration officer para approve ko kayo lahat. Hahahaha! :D :)

    Yun na lang inominate mong occupation kaya? hehe joke!

    If you look at the lead time (which is roughly 8 months)...dapat makatanggap ka ng CO by end of February or early March :D
