@chapoy sis, nilagay ko na lang full details ng employment history list ni hubby. i gathered na im not claiming points for the breakdown of my partners employment history naman. only the suitability of his experience. so i listed all na lang as is. Disclaimer: IMO lang ha.. heheh!

Hi guys! Just wanna ask if ever ndi makakuha ang dependent ko (wife) ng police clearance sa previous country kung san siya nag work, pwede ba magsubmit ng Staturoty declaration in place for a police clearance?
I am planning to lodge for a visa 189 next month. ung invite nakuha namin 2 weeks ago. The only document lacking is her police clearance. She worked in Maldives 9 years ago. As a rule you have to provide police clearance for all the countries you stayed for more than 12 months for the past 10 years.

Hope you can give an advise. Thank you!

Hello, i want your help po regarding immigrating sa Australia. My Occupation is Electrical Engineer. Nakareceived na ako ng favorable result sa EA and my immigration consultant lodge EOI last Aug as 190 as currently I have only 55 points, Age=30, Work Exp=10, Education=15. I didn't received any points sa IELTS bec my score was only SWLR=6,6.5,7,6. By November, my consultant will upgrade my EOI as I will be having 8 years exp thus mareceived ko na yung 15points sa work exp. My question po ay how long it will take before makareceived po ng invitation?

magandang araw po sa lahat.. seek ko lng po ang opinion nyo.. not sure if naitanong na 'to dito pero I haven't had the chance to back read yet.. so pasenxa sa noobs na tanong.. I recently received my ACS assessment at ito ang resulta:

Your skills have been assessed to be suitable for migration under 263111 (Computer Network and
Systems Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.
Your qualification has been assessed as follows:
Your Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in
computing.
The following employment after November 2013 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately
skilled level and relevant to 263111 (Computer Network and Systems Engineer) of the ANZSCO Code.

Dates: 09/09 - 02/12 (2yrs 5mths)
Position: Tech Support

Dates: 04/12 - 10/15 (3yrs 6mths)
Position: Senior Tech Support


Conclusion: out of the 5 yrs and 11 months, 4 years ang na deduct (not sure kung bakit pero sino ba nmn ako para pumalag) which leaves me with 1 yr and 11 months..

Points Breakdown:
Age: 30
English: 10 (minimum of 7 on all bands)
Education: 15 (Bachelors)
Experience: 0 (1 yr & 11 mos after ACS deducted 4 yrs for qualification)
TOTAL: 55

Backup Plans:
1. retake English test (IELTS - aim for at 8 across all bands)
2. state nomination

Question: pano ko po ba 'to ideclare sa EOI? dba sa page 9/13 (Employment), ililista mo dun ang employment history for the last 10 years.. idedeclare ko ba 'tong dalawang experience ko as "employment related to nominated occupation"? if NO ang ilagay ko, 55 pts makukuha ko pag nisubmit ko.. pero pag YES (kasi related nga nmn xa sa ninominate ko na occupation) makakakuha ako ng 10 pts since ika-count nya as 5 yrs+ yung combined experience.. so instead na 55, magiging 65 na score ko.. pwede po pa.advise para maliwanagan nmn 'tong pagkalito ko maraming salamat in advance!

naggagather na ako ng review materials for PTE tas hanap ng sked kng kelan pwede maka take d2 sa sg.. I don't think ganun ka abundant ang resources ng PTE kng ikukumpara sa IELTS so manghahalukay muna ako sa interweb

@pausatio you can draft EOI but you can't submit it since need ang english test result.

Sa mga nakapagsubmit ng EOI ask me sana ano ang inilagay nyo doon sa TEST REFERENCE number, REGISTRATION Number o TEST TAKER ID? PTE po ang kinuha ko.

1.Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application?
*Yes po b ang sagot dahil isasama ko nmn ang asawa ko?
2.does the client meet the Australian study requirements for the skilled migration points test?
*Ito po b yung dapat nag aral ka sa Australia for two years?

Hihingi sana ako ng payo sa employment details. Nagpalit kasi ako ng employer ngayong november 19 lang. Hindi naman talaga ako lumipat ng work pero nagbago kami ng management so considered as new employment na rin. Sa assessment ko hanggang sa previous work ko lang ang kasama. Okay lang ba na hindi ko na isama sa eoi ko yung present employment ko since hindi naman yun kasama sa assessment ko? Sa ministry ako sa middle east nagwowork ngayon. Mukhang mahihirapan din ako magbigay ng proof of employment ko since kakastart ko pa lang. Any suggestion po?

sa EOI give an 'end date' nlng sa last employment mo (ung until nov18 for example). u can opt to claim points nmn until that date. kc if ur stil employed wd d same employer and cn support that wd COE once invited u will leave d date open.. meaning start date lng lagay wlang end date ung employment duration mo. but as u mentioned mahihirapan ka support ng docs ung bago mong work wag monlng isama
